First time of ordering an item online
First time of ordering an item online. Communication for every part of the ordering process. Due to being a pre-order had an email to advise that my order was ready to collect on day of release. When I collected it was simple process and even had the assistant have a laugh with me which I felt enhanced the experience

Brilliant service
Staff member at shop (Merry Hill, Dudley West Mids) right away knew the item I was after wasn't at the store so ordered it on line, told me the procedure for it to be sent to me either at the store or elsewhere and approx how long it would take before I was told it was ready to collect, the issued me with the collection receipt. How can this service be bettered?.

The DVD's I wanted weren't available in store.but were online. The staff at hmv merry hill. Kindly ordered them for me and had them delivered ready for collection. I was notified via email. All done smoothly and without any drama.

HMV managed to supply a hard to find DVD, at a very reasonable price, delivered promptly, and well packaged, to my local store for collection.

Fast delivery. Friendly staff
I ordered the Five Nights At Freddy’s 4k steelbook. After going in store and it not being in stock the staff were more than happy to order it for me and get it sent to my address. It arrived on Tuesday (ordered the previous Friday) and I’m more than pleased with the delivery time and the product itself!

Goods that were not in shop easily ordered. Kept in touch on progress of delivery. In house assistance was very helpful.

Friendly and efficient experience!
The store assistant ordered my vinyl for me as what I was looking for was not in stock, smooth ordering. Item then arrived in store a few days later and pick up was again a smooth interaction with helpful friendly staff.
