American Pie
This was an order of American Pie. It was delivered later than expected but I believe that it was an issue with the supplier and not HMV. HMV staff were friendly and helpful as always. Sidebar - it's one of the best pressings I have bought recently.

HMV always have the goods that I want…
HMV always have the goods that I want to buy at a reasonable price. Ordering is easy and delivery is fairly quick. I would rather buy from a trustworthy source and HMV gives me that confidence.

Great service
Given that it was near to Christmas time, my order took a little longer to come through. However, when I picked it up from the store, I was dealt with in a very friendly manner and also very speedily.

We're sorry to hear of the delay with your order reaching you; our warehouse team along with Royal Mail are working around the clock to keep up with the volume of orders that we are currently receiving at this busy time.
However, we're pleased to see it's since been delivered and is now with you; thanks for your patience throughout this matter.
Took over 2 wks for my item to arrive…
Took over 2 wks for my item to arrive at the wrong store. After I had to keep e-mailing customer services. Then told I had ordered it go to that store,even though I had ordered the item in the store where I wanted it to go to and the store assistant did the order. On the receipt it did say it would come to that store. But customer services tried saying it said the other store. Not on my receipt it didn't. Have no problems with my local store,the staff are brilliant. It's the ordering service, delivery are rubbish. Trying to cover up their mistakes.

The DVD boxset was not available in the HMV shop. DVDs were delivered to my local sore the next working day (I had been told likely to be 3 working days).
Got a text to advise me they were available from the HMV store

My Great experience at HMV
I enjoy going to HMV in person as I've been to the shop for three times a week to buy more CDs based on my favourite rap artist of my top 3 as I go back and started to collect CDs.
However, I wouldn't recommend order it from there official website as there are delivery delays going on as we are on winter term but if you want to cancel your dispatching order, they can offer you a refund and they will bring back your money.
Overall I enjoy the shop, if you are one of the people who likes to give yourself a break from internet, HMV is for you. 👌
My pros of the shop is the staff's are very friendly, great customer service & a lovely environment.
My only one Con is because the environment is big, it can be overwhelming and difficult to find what you want to buy.
