HMV never lets me down
I pre-ordered a DVD for my daughter's birthday. Although the release date was after the birthday, it still arrived a couple of days before I expected it. HMV never lets me down.

I can't fault HMV
I can't fault HMV, they are great in the Mansfield store. Recently visited to buy 3 copies of Madonna Confessions 2. Always nice to browse and have a chat in there too.

The staff were very obliging and…
The staff were very obliging and pleasant and very afficiant, soon ordered our DVD and kept us posted on our item right through to us picking it up,we couldn't complain about treatment we received from staff at Mansfield HMV shop Well Done. 👏👏
