Top class service and delivery.
I needed CDs by country & western legend Hank Williams, but these, it turned out, needed to be ordered. Could they be sent directly to my home? Yes. Postage? Free. When would the order arrive? Soon - just 5 or 6 days, the assistant hoped. The order arrived in just 2 days! Great in-store help; great service.

My order was out of stock for a few…
My order was out of stock for a few weeks but I was kept informed all the way with updates and the option of cancelling my order to get refunded if I wanted .
I have since collected my order and was very happy with the help and politeness of the till operator.

Easy order, swift service
Went early Saturday morning so still quite quiet. Was served straight away as I had an order to collect. Friendly young woman served me without any issues and as explained in their emails I was asked for ID. So pleased we still have an HMV!!

From a genuine new customer
Fast response from my email fast delivery and in perfect condition that came with great packaging along with no delivery fees over £20 unlike other company like zavvi or Amazon. This is why i decided to buy from hmv and was my first time experience and was pleasantly surprised as there was a lot of negative feed back from other customer's. Will now use hmv all the time when buying my 4k steelbook films with no more delivery fees means value for money and saving's 10/10

Very helpful staff
Very helpful staff. I couldnt find the LP I wanted (Darkfighter by Rival Sons) but the staff member said I could order it for delivery to my home. Delivery arrived when expected, in flawless condition. Very pleased.
