Easy as pie
Staff member checked shelves to ensure I hadn't missed my reqired purchase checked stock "ok I'll order one do you want to have it delivered or collect " my preference notified when ready for collection.

You can’t spend vouchers on line
You can’t spend vouchers on line, so to check the stock at a local store you need to phone them. They charge you £1 a minute. For the £66 for 3 vinyl deal you need to get them all from the store or order them all in the store even if the store has say 2 in stock. So it cost me £7 for the phone call to check stock, £3 parking at the nearest store and £5 in fuel. Making the 3 for £66 deal a 3 for £81 deal. I will never suggest vouchers again for birthday or Christmas. It is absolutely ridiculous that you can’t spend vouchers on line. I will recommend that my children buy specific albums from independent record stores via eBay in future, they are generally about 20% cheaper than HMV. HMV need to update their business model !

Picked up my parcel instore, I stood in the parcel collecting area of which there was no member of staff manning. There were however a couple of staff standing up a bit further chatting to each other and seemed to totally ignore me. After about 5 minutes I went over and asked if there was anyone around who could give me my parcel which the staff member did.

Ordered online click and collect thought I could collect straight away as the weekend was coming up but had to wait a few days making it awkward due to work. But all in all good service.

The availability of the range of…
The availability of the range of products on sale through HMV.
The shop staff have always been helpful and if an item hasn't been in stock in store, they have ordered it on my behalf and arranged a delivery to be sent to home address.
I the event of any problem with an item HMV have rectified it quickly and without any issues.
