Last time round at Covent Garden shop on Shaftbury Avenue was nice; the service was top-class (Mark, you're a legend!); everyone was polite, dedicated, happy!

Very effient service from the gentleman at the entrance who directed me downstairs to the guy at the counter that gave me my order. Less than 6 minutes from entering the building to leaving on a busy Saturday. Impressed is an understatement. Thank you.
