Staff knowledge and efficiency great, one thing, need a sign over the downstairs counter marked collections, went upstairs - were vinyl and CDs are-and joined to be told when I reached the front “sorry, collections downstairs”

Ordered the product on 2/11/23 for my…
Ordered the product on 2/11/23 for my daughters Xmas but didn’t receive until January 25…. Product was eventually received and collected at HMV…. This was no fault of HMV but funko pop Europe…. Good service from HMV and communication throughout the process…. Thanks guys!!

Friendly staff went above and beyond to help me find the items I wanted
I was wanting to order an item that was not due for a few weeks but staff told me I could order it and it could be delivered to my home amazing saved me a trip back to the store staff were brilliant

Generations of Happiness!
I absolutely love shopping online at HMV. I got some records and CD’s. They have so much to browse and discover exciting new things. It’s a joy that I grew up shopping here and now my own children love it just as much!

Ordered a Black Sabbath cd in store, for home delivery was told roughly 6 working days it took 2, excellent service, guy that served me was very friendly, and helpful full marks to him

Two floors
Two floors, have heart problem,climbed upstairs to where I ordered record to be told “you will need to go downstairs. ( that would have helpful to be told that when I ordered it). Trailed down again and commented to young assistant re not being told and he shrugged his shoulders and said well there’s an escalator at the end of the mall you could have used that. I won’t repeat my comments. Neither assistant was helpful. The order however was on time,pity neither assistant had any empathy for older customer so no I will not be back

Our local HMV store didn’t have the size of t-shirt I was looking for. Very helpful staff member kindly checked and ordered it for me from another store. It arrived within 3 days.

Helpful and friendly staff in our Dunfermline Store,
Excellent updates on our our and quick delivery.
We even managed to but current DVD Instire as they had stick to cover the demand .

The staff were professional
The staff looked up to see if they could order the CD for us as it was an old CD from the 70s. They found it and ordered it and it arrived within a couple of days.
