Rocker satisfied always
The service is always brilliant with staff polite and helpful. I don't normally order deliveries online and to the store. However it was excellent delivery time and only took a couple of days to arrive.

i have yet to receive my package. i was told a final email would let me know when it was ready to collect and it has yet to arrive

Click and collect for a pre-order was brilliant
Pre-ordered a game in store and the whole process was so easy and straightforward. Asked a lovely guy behind the till about when the games are generally available for pick-up and he was so helpful and informative, ordered it for me and offered me home delivery rather than click and collect if I wanted it. Got emails to confirm then once it was dispatched and ready to collect, really communicative and collection was no bother at all. Really great service!

Case was broken
Case was broken on my cd so that meant a trip back. I then got a replacement cover but that was cracked and no apology for coming out of warehouse like that. Cost me a trip back. Always check before u leave shop is my advice.
