Great being able to order and the best bit colect from a real shop.
Then browse, proper shopping trip.

Staff members are brilliant, always friendly and ready to help and at the same time they allow customers their own space and freedom to look and browse around without hassle. There's always a pleasant atmosphere in the shop and a joy to visit.

Brilliant staff and service

Staff were very helpful.

I went in the Cardiff store to find a specific present.
This was not available in store and the staff went over and beyond to find this for me ans sent it to my address. They also offered different solutions and options if we were not successful in finding it. They were brilliant!

Easy to use website. When order had been placed communication regarding order status and delivery date is good. Delivery was made within a reasonable time frame

The website is easy to navigate and the dvd ordered arrived at my local store very promptly. I was kept up to date at all stages, and collection was efficient.

Can see why the high street is dying when customer service is now seen as a flexible past time of their retail "job".
Possibly the most hostile and ignorant experiences with people I've ever encountered.
Didn't want to help, didn't care to help and nobody wanted to be there.

What can I say, one of the best high street stores still standing. Went in for one dvd, left with a box set instead, along with a t-shirt and a new purse. So happy with them all, and a licensed witcher t-shirt for 3.99, absolute bargain!
Highly recommend the Cardiff store, always tidy, always stocked with lots of goodies and the team are all helpful and full of knowledge. We really struggled finding a specific dvd local so made the trip to hmv which is out of our way and they had it in a box set. HMV always has what we need and want.
Shout out to our lovely cashier too, thanks Archie, appreciate the info about the dvds too.

It came just in time for Xmas for my son,it was cheaper to buy from you as well which I'm happy about,because on amazon it was 35.99.and they could and would not give me my money back but they lost it in transit thank you from a mum who's son is very happy.

The staff on the shop floor were less than helpful as they had no ideas about the group I was looking for or what stock they had. I then proceeded to one of the cashiers who could not help me enough he looked up the group checked their stock and help with getting it ordered online while i was there.

Staff were really friendly, but they kept giving me conflicting information. The album I had pre-ordered was being released 2 days later. I came in just to see if it had arrived since it was being released that day. I was told since it's just been released, it should be in today (Friday) or tomorrow (Saturday). I came in the following Tuesday since that was the next opportunity I had to go in, and they said I just had to wait for the dispatch email. I received the email on Wednesday, so I went in to see when it would arrive as I wouldn't be able to collect it after Friday, and they said it should be in tomorrow (Thursday). I went in on Thursday and it wasn't there, but they had the same album in store. So I asked to put one aside incase my order doesn't come in. I came on Friday and the order still hadn't come, so I bought the one that was put aside. 5 minutes after I left, I received the email to say my order had arrived. They said new releases are unpredictable during the Christmas period, which is fair enough, but better communication would be nice.
