Always get fantastic service in the Cardiff store, spoken many times with the same man, think his name is Keiron, the go to person for 4k bluray as staff say. Always recognise me when in and that goes a long way.
You can see he takes pleasure in his work and great knowledge, he advised how good Terminator 2 was on Bluray, did t try to sell but I asked about 4k and he had provided a personal and honest view on films worth getting, the standard Bluray of T2 he highly recommended and I would 100% agree with him.
The date of experience last week I've listed as last time in store but the experience was over multiple visits not just that day.

The nearest record shop for me would probably be in Cardiff (25 miles each way) and my mobility is not what it used to be so keeping me informed what's new through your emails is great. Keep the emails coming.

Why HMV is a kool place
It is difficult for me to shop as I am a person with Autism and being in public has its drawbacks with so much ignorance and lack of humanity. HMV has been a place where I have been shopping since I was a young man and now I am 55. Every time I shop here everyone is excellent and helpful and most importantly,the staff are always very friendly and polite. I hope this continues because HMV have always been a place of quality.

How can I review an item that I have not received and have had zero communication about since it was supposedly dispatched 7 days ago. Very poor indeed.

Totally recommend buying from HMV
Sold out item initially when purchased with the promise of posting out as soon as stock arrived. Not too long to wait. Very happy with overall process.
