Appalling service
Ordered a steelbook to be delivered to my local HMV , steelbook was dispatched on the Thursday, but by Tuesday had heard nothing got in touch with customer service on chat and they said was still waiting for it to come in, so I was prepared to wait, but by the end of the day they just refunded and said it was an unwanted return. Was not at all happy about this and no apology for doing this to me or send me another out.Never shop with this company again.

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. Upon further investigation I can see that your order had been returned to sender through a courier error, and as such had been logged for a refund. We do apologise for any inconvenience but we're pleased to see the funds have since been sent through to you.
The assistant being an Elvis fan made it very enjoyable.
The assistant was helpful, pleasant and great to talk with about Elvis.

All round excellent experience
Ordering is easy. Great selection of vinyl online. Not always guaranteed to get limited editions in store so always like to preorder. Always friendly and professional service in the Canterbury store . Nothing is too much trouble and I always feel welcome & valued.

Excellent Customer Service
The assistant was able to assure me that although the item I wanted was not available in store, he could source it from elsewhere. It arrived by post three days later. Couldn't ask for more!

Customer satisfaction
I have bought my movies and music from HMV for many years now, and will continue to do so, the staff at this particular store are very pleasant and helpful,
