I went into the Canterbury store just for a browse and as normal found myself buying something. Whilst there spoke to a very helpful and knowledgeable staff member (forgot to get his name) about some classics, special editions and throw backs. In the end ordered in something I hadn't thought about since last watched in 92. Absolute top service

Item I ordered turned up well packaged especially inside the box so it was even more protected. Was able to collect it from my local store as a Click & Collect.

Really easy
Really easy process for the click and collect style service. Quick turnaround from the point of order.
The team member at Canterbury was very helpful, friendly and efficient, making sure to check that everything was o.k with my order, and all served with a smile.

good service overall, just inconsistent
there was one time i ordered like 6 CDs online from here and they all arrived with various cracks in the jewel cases, assumed it was just a problem with the shipping so i went into the store myself instead of ordering (no biggie its not that far) but inside a bunch of the CDs had cracked and damaged cases too !!
this has only happened once so i dont think its a consistent issue, ive been buying CDs from here for a while and this has only happened this once, still i check the CD cases before i buy just in case

I was offered a protective sleeve for my new Lp I Had just purchased. Worthwhile if you require one. The staff were friendly and polite.
