I ordered 3 CDs as Christmas presents for collection at the Bromley store. It was helpful to be able to collect them instore, and the staff there were great in dealing with me. However, it took 5 days after ordering the CDs to be told they were ready for collection, which I didn't expect as these are popular albums from contemporary groups. I recommend allowing plenty of time for delivery or collection.

I ordered a record for my granddaughters Christmas present. The ordering was easy and I was able to collect it from the store when I was notified it was in the shop. So easy doing click and collect.

I still have not got this!!!
It was a Xmas present so I ordered from Amazon and got a next day delivery.
I went to the Bromley Store where I expected to collect it and they said it had not arrived. They said they had it in stock!!!!!!!
Why wasn’t this order fulfilled if it was in stock there!!!!!
I asked for a credit and the staff said they could not credit till the item had arrived in store. This is a disaster.
PLEASE CREDIT ME ASAP

Pre - Ordered an Item, still not received said item, its been 2 months since they initially said that they would deliver it on a date and they have kept changing the reasons as to why they cant deliver the item, first its manufacture issues, then its release date was wrong, now its sorry item is now out of stock even though they have taken my money ....

Excellent service, the staff were extremely helpful & knowledgable.

I would expect that the volume of click n collect orders are often a surprise to counter staff, especially at this time of year.
I would rather purchase the goods in store, but as so often they're not on the shelves I'd be reluctant to have them delivered to my address as post is always a problem too - especially at this time of the year.
Whoever deliver mail and parcels have to overcome a closed lobby entrance door to gain access to my block of flats and even the if 'postie' slips the item through the communal letter box, it's likely to be pilfered.

Good selection of vinyl at a good price. Not long to wait for delivery either.

Our granddaughter requested a limited edition vinyl album, but online it was not available.
Went into HMV in Bromley, asked the fella behind the counter for this specific album and within 5 minutes he found it. My wife and I were overjoyed to say the least. He has made my granddaughters Christmas.
