Great Venue
Love how you have artists performing and doing meet and greet

Staff were friendly and helpful.
Given how long people had been waiting in the queue. It would been fairer to have allowed alternate movement from the two respective queues.That is , a person from the special needs queue, alternating with a person from the main queue.

This is a new store HMV in Birmingham. I like the staff here better than the Bull Ring (I think more friendly) and I go here instead of the Bullring. New store design in my opinion is better than Birmingham Bullring. Recommeded to visit.

Easy to find vinyl. site is easy to navigate. Prompt delivery.
4 stars because I made an error in one of my selections and tried to organise a direct swap via a note enclosed with my return.
This didn’t happen. I just received a refund. however this did come within the time specified in the returns portal

First time at this hmv venue for this event,,it was good meeting up with friends that had travelled far and wide to see KT Tunstall play ,,it was nice to be able to stay in the record store while she sound checked too ,,I think what was nice was at the end of the gig we had the artwork signing which was made especially great as I believe it was manager of the store that was individually taking our phones off us to take photos of ourselves meeting KT ,,that was a very nice thing for him to do due to the volume of fans waiting to meet her ,,it’s always good to have some nice photos as a keepsake to add to the memories of the day ,,I’m definitely gonna keep my eye open anymore of my fave artists doing signing /instore gigs at this venue ,,it was a very special day for sure ,,”keep on rockin ‘🎸hmv ,many thanks Julian Ford

Really lovely experience and the event was well organised, easy to access and fun!

As part of a bundle, I got the new KT Tunstall CDs and a ticket to see her perform at HMV Vault. It was an amazing night - fantastic to experience a small venue where I was so close to the stage. KT and Andy were brilliant and afterwards I got to meet and chat with KT. What an amazing experience, thank you HMV Vault, and KT!!!

Went to see KT Tunstall at HMV Vault in Birmingham. Super impressed with the experience from getting tickets to seeing the show. 10/10

I went to an album launch, gig and signing for KT Tunstall at the HMV Vault in Birmingham. It was absolutely brilliant! Really well organized, a fantastic event, and all the HMV staff were fantastic, especially the amazing guy taking photos of everyone when we were getting our artwork signed. I made a note to go back there another time and have a proper look around at all the vinyl! I love the life-size Chewbacca too!

Had what I wanted delivered on time and kept me informed about any delays .

Well organiser. The event was lovely. Was given lots of time to collect autographs and spend time with artist (orbit culture) just wish they could have done one song.

Good venue for an intimate album launch

Staff at HMV The Vault had set things up well and were very helpful - they did an exceptional job. It was just a shame that Tom Grennan wasn’t as fan friendly - he was a real disappointment

Brilliant in-store gig from The Divine Comedy. Counter staff were extremely helpful and security team were mostly very jovial - appreciated the team taking photographs during the album signing too (some of the team didn’t seem to appreciate how long the gig and signing went on though - I hope they were well rewarded for their overtime! )
