Hmv great store to shop in and also online
Great selection of music to suit everyone, Delivery service brilliant,I feel at ease knowing my goods are always packaged well and the Royal Mail delivery service is first class,In store Belfast is well set up and staff are very knowledgeable friendly,no fuss,no hassle,it's a pleasure to shop at Hmv in store and online.

Not happy I was trying to ordered…
Not happy I was trying to ordered arrirang bts album preordered it when it was announced and payment didn’t work recently even though I have money on my card your not accepting it so I’m giving you 1 star need better customer service 😡

I bought a record online
I bought a record online, but it arrived slightly damaged. It said online I could take it back to a store and change it for another copy, or get a refund. I went to Belfast and tried to change it, but there were no other copies. They said they could not refund me at the store, and I would have to do it online, which I did not want to do. They did allow me to change it to something else though, so all ended well.

Dvd selection excellent
Very helpful staff. Great selection of modern and classic dvd box sets. Ordering out of stock items for collection simple and easy. Worth an occasional visit to browse for bargans and unusual dvd movies / tv series.

Had To Get my Game Elsewhere.
Tbf I ordered a game and it was their suppler that let them down, Cronos New Dawn PS5.

Friendly staff.
Fast collection time. My order was stored and handled with care. Staff at HMV Belfast are pleasant and friendly. Item I ordered was priced as I would expect. Recommended.

HMV ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
HMV consistently delivers on all fronts. Excellent service, items arriving in pristine condition, well packaged, and their stores are amazing. You could spend all day in a store.
I've recently ordered Stranger Things Funko POP! figures and they were dispatched promptly once in stock and were delivered perfectly.
