Ordered via tik tok shop and could only return via evri drop off was told by h&l that they wouldn’t send me a label to return the items as they didn’t match sizing I ordered as well as reaching the wrong item for one
Waited a week now for a label I was told I’d recieve Monday and still nothing messages being ignored not good enough don’t order if there’s a possibility you’ll need to return customer service shocking

lovely clothes and brilliant Customer service .
I went to Lakeside for my birthday last year and pop into H&L the staff were really friendly and they had so many lovely clothes in there I bought myself couple itmes . Due to covid I not had chance to wear itmes I had bought. I had party to go to I put one dress on i bought that been sitting in my wordoble this whole time and noticed had fault with the dress.
I messages H&L on Facebook and they were amazing and so helpful and help resolving the issues. I would highly recommend H&L lovely clothes and brilliant Customer service .
I will definitely be a returning customer 👍🏻
