Hire Maids is the worst maid company. We hired baby care from them. She wanted to leave job after 4 months so we asked hire maids for replacement. Even after so many follow ups they just don't give response. I would never recommend any one to this company.

Worst service. After my maid left, i followed up for more than 1 month but no response from them.
They don't attend calls or reply to the messages.

Once you give the money, they don't care about providing any service.

Worst ever...fraud company ..Agents are well trained in telling false statements..
They neither pick up calls nor respond to your messages once the amount got transferred to them..
They won't be sweet and reliable post agreement.

Please do not go with hire maids India service...
Vaibhavi is the agent ..no1 fraud... She does not know how to talk to customer.. She used unparliamentary language when I ask my money back... She is unprofessional...

Maids provided are not reliable or as per the specifications. Maids leave abruptly without any intimation and agency keep lecturing you about them being human and blue collared worker. You are literally left at the mercy of agency’s reply over watsapp as they stop picking calls and keep quoting their working hours are 10-6.30pm. This is after taking entire commission upfront within 3 days of 1st maid coming to your house. And the maid can just leave on 4th day too because they are human and agency has received the commission. They don’t have any reliable maids to provide, randomly pick maids (who are deliberate liars, in urgent need of money) and dumped to your place after taking ages and follow up in the name of shortlisting as per your specification during their ofc hours. Meanwhile you see how you manage your home, work, child, elderly.

They will also double cross both maid as well as customer by sending a maid to your place but actually the maid has asked them for work at different location or different work other than your specifications, so they will send her at your place saying they will call her after some days for work at her preferred location and managing customer follow up for few days. Basically you are trapped and entirely at their mercy after paying hefty commission and get added stress by following up and waiting for their watsapp msg, managing your work on your own or paying double triple to temporary maids.
Shortlisted and confirmed maid throw a doc certificate at your face that they are sick and can’t come on the decided date and you are again back to square one at the mercy of agency and also be ready to listen to the humanitarian lecture the agency have mastered in. Only you stop being human because you were just someone to pay commission, your purpose of being ceases for agency after receipt of commission,they make you the MAID.

Pathetic experience and abundance of stress in 3 months with 3 unreliable maids who stayed for 10/2 days and 1.5 months before leaving abruptly even after having lowest expectations from maid for basic housework and basic cooking and no refund…guess they will just pass time of one year saying they are arranging replacement and add stress. Some of the names taken in earlier reviews are extremely useless and keep you at their mercy from picking calls, replying on watsapp, sharing profile, dumping useless unreliable maid to replacement.

This is a scam. They keep sharing useless profiles and maids never join. Even if they do, they are not worth it. So many girls Prajakta, Durga, Namrata keep calling but nothing happens. SERIOUS NO
