Hi Q Wellingborough today were brilliant. We were badly let down by another garage but the Manager Dean was friendly and helpful. I got an appointment quickly and the wirk was carried out quickly and efficiently. Thank you soo much and will be back.

Hiq Tyres @Autocare Wellingborough have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish can’t fault for anything. Superb customer service from Darren and Dan explained everything that was happening and showed real care and attention to my vehicle.

First class service gave me a reasonable quote for major service and mot. Booked it in and the car and service was done in reasonable time and cost no more than the quote. Staff was very polite and well mannered highly recommend and will continue to use them for all my car issues

Darren and Dean at Wellingborough were amazing!
Called in at 2 with a flat tyre. Puncture repair was carried out within 30 minutes of my call.
Highly recommend, definitely coming back in the future!!!

I had cause to visit the Wellingborough branch today, without a pre-booked appointment. I explained the nature of the problem to Darren who was on reception. He was extremely polite and efficient, and he provided me with his business card. I left my vehicle with them to go to work. Within about an hour I received a call from Darren to advise my vehicle was ready for collection. On arrival I again spoke to Darren who treated me in such a delightful manner. This was customer service at it's very best. I see from the business card that Darren is an assistant manger. Darren is an absolute credit to the HiQ company and I hope that he along with the staff who worked on what fortunately turned out to be a very minor problem, receive the recognition for their service that they provided to me at Wellingborough today. It was excellent. Thank You.

Great service , helpful and friendly staff . I took my car in for a slow puncture repair , turned out to be another problem but the guy rectified the issue with absolutely no charge . Can't fault them at all . It's the first time I've been to HiQ and will definitely be going back in the future . Thanks guys.

THESE ARE CON MEN BE AWARE .
My mrs took her car back to them after a tyre change as it started shaking at speed due to not being balanced properly. Then they tried charging her £700 for steering rack. The car was due a MOT at another garage the day after and they confirmed the steering rack was absolutely fine

The staff (datren) was very helpful and put me at ease straight away did a check for me free then did a full mot straight away. This is the second time this branch (Wellingborough) have been helpful I would recommend them to any one

Dont recommend it this place at all. I was double charged only cuz I don't know nothing about cars but I consulted this price with few other mechanics (as I felt something was wrong with the price) and they shouldn't charged me this much. I used to always go to this place, never been overcharged by old team who used to work there. Rip off...
