Booked car in for MOT In Shrewsbury and unfortunately it failed.
Loads of issues but nothing the staff couldn’t handle. Great service from the manager always efficient and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

This is the first time I came to HiQ tyres shop in Shrewsbury. My friend introduced me to fix my tyre.
They are friendly and polite especially Sam Broadbent and Luke.

Well, my MOT was a bit more than expected but the guys at Shrewsbury (Bell Lane) went through it all with me and it made perfect sense. All sorted in a super speedy and professional manner and the car was picked up earlier than expected as I had a long journey to do. Special thanks to Stuart Tipton (manager at Bell Lane) for keeping me informed throughout the process. I’d highly recommend these guys!!

I’ve been going to my local HiQ for years for out of warranty services and tyres etc. Not just reliable, they are completely honest and have on several occasions saved me money by telling me that I didn’t need the expensive product or service I ordered.

Everyone of the guys here was so lovely to me and really helped me in a crisis and even supplied me with the nicest warm lemon drizzle cake that was delivered along with biscuits by another lady who they had gone above and beyond for.
Thank you for such a positive experience helping minimise my stress and getting me back on the road as quickly as possible. Very reasonably priced too!!

I’ve received really fantastic personal customer service from the garage in Shrewsbury. They even collected my car for its MOT and service as I was nervous about visiting a busy forecourt. I can’t rate them highly enough.

Ordered some tyres online, fantastic price, turned up the day I booked, no issues, left my wife car with them and walked into town, came back couple of hours later and all the work was done. Everyone was friendly and helpful, two mechanics even made the effort to say goodbye whilst they were in the middle of a conversation outside the garage.

I really liked the fact the website doesn't charge till the work is done, I have been to other garages, where they taken payment before online and they have ended up damaging my car, with no offer of refund.....but not a issue in this garage.....I will be returning.

Helpful, friendly, professional, inexpensive and trustworthy - they’ve really helped me out a couple of times now at very short notice and I can’t fault them.

I picked up a slow puncture on a visit to see some clients and as I was staying the night in Shrewsbury I left the car with them overnight. A tyre was ordered in case I needed one and I feared I might so I was delighted when I was told the puncture had been repaired at a very reasonable cost. Great service from a very friendly bunch of guys. Thank you so much 👍

Lovely, happy, happy, kind-spirited staff and prompt service made this an excellent garage visit. They were professional and helpful, fitting my car in and getting it done on time. Even gave me a small discount on tracking without me asking, as it would have been cheaper online but I didn’t book it. What a breath of fresh air - definitely and example of how repeat business is generated. Thank you, gentlemen!

Great service from SHREWSBURY depot have been using for years get the job done right and Fulda tyres are excellent value quality tyre.

Great service & value, always friendly, they provide honest advice, easy to book on line or over phone, contacted me during service to check details, it's great to have this business in the local area.

The team have looked after my car for a few years now and I was in on Wednesday for a free health check on car. The man in front desk ( think he's the manager) is great and explains things and particularly patient with the oldies. I would highly recommend this branch, many thanks for great service. I have already wrote one review but because I am being ignored by customer services I’m writing another one because I cannot believe the same issue is going on nearly a month later. Ever since my car went in for a tyre change it has not been right. I have had to take the car back into the Shrewsbury branch 3 times now, even had the regional manager in to check the car to make sure something wasn’t being missed (which they found something!). But yet again a week on and the lights back on as soon as I hit the motorway. I don’t trust this garage at all and the customer service is horrendous. The thought of driving around with something potentially wrong with my tyres with a 6 year old in the car is very worrying. I will not let my complaint drop even if customer services do ignore me I’ll just take it to next level.

Best price in town for a quality tyre. Service was speedy and an overall pleasant experience. It pays to shop around.
