Just had my MOT done and the team were fantastic. They were professional, honest, and kept me informed throughout the process. The service was quick and stress-free, and the staff were very friendly. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable garage. Thanks again!

I had a screw in one of my tyres, causing a slow puncture, dropped the wheel into the workshop without an appointment and they had it repaired without the need for a new tyre within an hour, excellent service, friendly and helpful staff. Recommended A+

Car required a broken coil spring to be replaced for MOT. HiQ arranged for the replacement and suggested both springs be replaced together. Genuine parts were used and it was still cheaper than the agent replacing one spring.
Reception service was amazing. You are made to feel welcome and comfortable.
An MOT was also requested. Further items were identified. Some required immediate attention and others could be sorted later. Concise estimates were provided for future work required.
I will be using HiQ for future work on the vehicle as I found their approach to customers to be friendly, empathetic and professional. Also the prices I found reasonable and the work carried out to be of a high standard.

The team here made my trip simple and easy. I’d phoned 5 different places to get my tyre changed! I was told that I’d have to wait 3 days! I called HiQ and the told me they’d have it in a hour. They changed the tyre and carried out the wheel alignment. A stressful day made easy.

Very friendly and welcoming. Needed last minute mot. Rang at 4.30 and got in very next day. Car failed but work was carried out next day by lunchtime. Waiting room is very clean and warm. This garage was recommended to me and honestly I was surprised by how nice it was.

I don't normally do reviews but I felt this worthwhile. HiQ MOTd my panel camper and another family car and even though the camper failed everything was explained clearly and I valued the advice.

Iv been using hiq in Plymouth for around 4/5 months now I do alot of miles so my van requires more services than normal they do a great job of looking after my van they do a Saturday morning again very handy due to work commitments and I find there prices very reasonable

HiQ from the outset were courteous and professional. They took my car in from the RAC, kept it safe, diagnosed and sourced the part efficiently. Their labour charge was very minimal and very honest.
