This was my third time visiting and Rae was fantastic each time, she is friendly and considerate and is happy to go through options and answered any additional questions I had. Rae couldn’t do enough . Calum was friendly approachable and went above and beyond to get me back on the road. Great team great experience.

Whatever they pay their receptionist it's not enough. She's always friendly, efficient and very helpful, makes a journey to get new tyres a pleasure. The guys are efficient, hard working and honest, they've never once suggested that I need any extra work unlike competitors.

I haven’t had the time to come back so I have the live with the steering wheel being off centre, the wheels are tracked correctly however in the process of doing the tracking the mechanic has made the steering wheel off centre. This is very annoying to myself having ocd

Got 4 tyres changed and an MOT - competitively priced

In this place , I have changed clutch and timing belt a few weeks ago. After that I was on the way and suddenly there was a tremble on the car, I got panic and stopped the car quickly. When I went outside , I ve realised engine was fall down. I took my car to another mechanic in the morning. Worker said to me mount screw hadn’t been squeezed very well and also that could be happen from other screws as well. Motor mount screw hasn’t been squeezed very well that why engine fell down. Also checked around the engine, there were another 2 screw has been loose , hasn’t been squeezed too.
I went to this place because I believed that they do really good job, but unfortunately it wasn’t right. I had very big risk and danger in my life , I could have an accident , I could smash into other car or someone.
Even if I go to this garage now, they won’t accept their fault, I don’t have any evidence apart of invoices. Of course everyday I change my clutch and timing belt in my garden , so probably it could be my mistake. Moreover I paid them £825 and I could die or have a big crash if I hadn’t realise that engine fell down
I never recommend this place, don’t forget people go to car service to repair the car. These people done their job terrible and I had a very big danger in my life.

First class service that I have always received when visiting this garage for repairs. I turned up ad-hoc with issues with my rear tyres, I was taken straight away and both tyres were fixed for a very good price. I would always use this garage for any car issues. Very friendly and helpful service from Rae and Mark.

Always grate service ever time I go in. Good prices. They can't do enough for you. 5* garage.

Popped into garage this mornign with a puncture & the helpfulness & attitude of the staff was the best I have witnessed in a very long time.

I’ve been in with an emergency and they managed to fit me in.

I usually go to HiQ Livingston. Can’t praise them enough. Great diagnosis right at the phone call, (unlike others whose receptionists have no clue whatsoever about cars). Fast appointments and reliable repairs. I trust them completely. And they never do any jobs that aren’t necessary, (like so many other garages to rip you off). Highly recommend.

I've edited this review because I've now had the tyres on the car for several thousand miles and they actually are great, I may have been a bit hasty in my criticism!

I have previously left 5 star glowing reviews for Hi-Q Livingston, particularly waxing lyrical on their honesty and respect for women drivers. My last visit however has dented my confidence in them.

The lady who runs the office was as efficient, friendly and lovely as always but I feel that the chap who fitted my new tyres misled me. He apologised that the tyres I'd booked had been given away to someone else by mistake but said he would give me better tyres for the same price.

I had booked cheap budget tyres, but I always do my research and choose tyres based on ratings and reviews. So I said to him as long as they have the same ratings (fuel efficiency and wet grip) that's fine. He said they were better rated than the ones I had booked.

It wasn't until my tyres were fitted and I paid and got the receipt that I noticed that the new tyres were E rated for fuel efficiency! I've never bought E rated tyres in my life :(

I'm really disappointed, I'm still giving them 3 stars based solely on the lady in the office, if it wasn't for her they'd get one star for this visit. I've been a Hi-Q customer for decades but I'll need to give some serious thought where to go now for new tyres etc.

Excellent service got 4 new tyres fully fitted within an hour, staff are friendly, will use them again and would highly recommend them. Thanks
