Recent MOT and remedial repairs
I have been using HIQ for the last 5+ Years for servicing / repairs and most commonly MOT’s .
And as always I was not disappointed, the team went over and above in resolving numerous issues which my old car had failed on without breaking the bank ! Courteous / helpful and big thanks to Shayne in getting me road worthy again . Excellent

Diagnostic check
I took my car for a diagnostic check and the woman who served me, Debra was really lovely. I have no idea about anything to do with cars however she was very informative and helpful and explained things to me in a way that I could understand. I am very happy with the diagnostic check that Kevin did for my car, he was very thorough and made sure to check everything as I have been having issues with it recently. Overall a really good experience.

Excellent garage.
Have visited Hiq Ilkeston on several occasions and they are excellent.All of the staff are friendly and helpful. When they give you a price there is none of this plus VAT rubbish. The prices are extremely reasonable and they sort out the problem quickly and efficiently. So thank you to everyone there and have a good Christmas and a very good New Year.

Great service
I had a slow puncture. Phoned and was told to come straight down. All sorted within 15 minutes. Thank you to James, friendly and courteous. Professional and thorough.

New tyres and a surprise
Had two new tyres and tracking done at the Ilkeston branch 08.09.2021. I was welcomed warmly and when I came back they hadn't charged me for the tracking as it was already within the limits, nice to see an honest company! I will be recommending them to anyone that I can.

Professional and Helpful and Completely Trustworthy
In my 40 years of driving the best garage I have found. Staff are all helpful and professional. Service is 2nd to none. I always feel confident they will do a good job at a sensible price.
