New Toyo's
I booked online and when I turned up at the depot, I was dealt with right away, two tyres fitted and at a good price. I always try to shop locally as small traders need support and the price I paid was very competitive.

Absolutely amazing service from HiQ in…
Absolutely amazing service from HiQ in Horley this morning. Got in the car to start my commute and discovered a problem with my tyre that needed resolving to be able to drive down the motorway. I showed up to the garage and explained the issue and upon finding out I needed to get to work in Burgess Hill, they kindly fitted my car in immediately. I even managed to make it to work in time and it was a great price. Thank you guys so much!

Friendly, efficient and professional. I thought I had a slow puncture, but they checked and corrected the tire pressure for free. I was so worried I was going to have to buy new tires, but their explanation of what the problem was and their honesty was greatly appreciated. Thank you 😊

Ordered online for tyre to be delivered to my local store. Arrived as promised, booked appointment, turned up and the tyre was fitted immediately. Excellent service, very friendly and helpful staff.

I have used this garage for years and every time I go, they are polite, very helpful and very professional
I popped in to get tyre pressure and tyre tread checked
Luke served me, he ordered me tyres they they don’t normally stock, he managed to find some and put a fast track on for delivery yay
So highly recommended them

My wife took her car in for a new tyre…
My wife took her car in for a new tyre and said the Horley team provided a very friendly and professional tyre fitting service. Too many tyre outlets are intimidating and patronising to customers who have little knowledge about tyres. not so with this team. Excellent. (I have used HiQ Horley several times and they always deliver consistently great service).

Efficiency
The day before the fitting I received an email informing me that the tyres had arrived. The booking was for 08:00 to 12:00. As advised, I telephoned early to see what would be the best time. I was told 11:30. Got there by 11:30 and the job was done by 11:50.
