wanted 4 new tyres for my car, they didn't keep them in stock so ordered them for fitting a week later. had 2 text messages reminding me of my fitting appointment. turned up for fitting after taking time out of work! & waited around for 30 mins just to be told they didn't have the tyres. very very poor!

John kept me aware of all tasks being undertaken, and the thorough research into loud knocking sounds.

All resolved and necessary work undertaken and I couldn't be happier.

Nice place, great and polite staff. Lisa was fantastic over the phone, informing I had booked on Easter weekend and as able to help me move to a more available day.

I recently took my car to them for MOT and service. as always the service was excellent, with friendly and professional staff.

Have tried a few garages in the area but this was recommended by a friend. Really good team of people taking care of your car. Have had my car service and MOT for a few years. The front of house team are helpful and answer any questions, are able offer advice.

Booked my van for clutch replacement and after I got it back it drives as never before! Brilliant job HIQ Havant! The garage not only did the major job, but changed the engine mount, anti roll bushes, guide bush along the work, which makes the real difference!!

Already recommended them to friends and family. Honest and a very happy crew and very reasonable.Most garages I’ve been to in the past the staff have always seemed rude and unhelpful. It was nice to walk into a proper reception with smiling faces.

They offer a friendly, professional & efficient service. It's easy to book online, but they are always helpful when I call. I had two new tyres fitted and was very pleased with the service. I also had my MOT & service there a few months ago which was reasonably priced & they kept me informed throughout. They often go above & beyond to help.

I had a noise coming from my rear offside wheel, I contacted HiQ Havant and they could see me immediately, they gave all my wheels/tyres a thorough check and felt the noise was due to a problem with the tyre and also that the wheel alignment was out, they spent 30 minutes checking my vehicle and wouldn't accept any payment for their time. I elected to replace my front tyres and the rear offside tyre, I ordered the tyres on line and they were their the next day and the car was booked-in. I also elected to have the wheel alignment package. All in all they were very professional and helpful and would use them again.
