This garage seems to have a new branch manager so things may hopefully improve; however, I used the Coventry branch last year and it was not a good experience.

In a nutshell , they charged me for work they hadn't quoted for or itemised. Subsequently I was left with a bill close to £800 when I'd asked them to initially look at refilling the air con unit.
To add insult to injury their Invoice was completely inaccurate.
It stated the following:
*Air con was tested for leaks
*System was recharged
*System pressure was tested
*Service complete- air con now operates

NON OF THE ABOVE WAS ACCURATE and the the car was returned without working air conditioning

From this experience, I would not go back there. Let's hope the new management will turn things around.

Best avoided - NOT Mercedes specialists as they advertise themselves. Don't have the specialist diagnostic tools so take several attempts replacing lots of parts and taking lots of your money to not fix the original issue!

Very poor service. I had a booking for my landcruiser and when I arrived I was told the person who fits tyres had gone home and they had no confirmation of my booking even though I had on and an email to prove it. Very disappointed. I chose HiQ as it is a family business and wanted to give my support but won’t be going back or recommending them going forward.

I booked an afternoon service and MOT online the night before, expecting a smooth process. I waited until 12:30 PM for a call regarding my car collection, but after receiving no update, I called them myself—only to be told there was no booking, and they were fully booked for the day.

If they were full, why was I able to book online and receive a confirmation? And why didn’t they inform me first thing in the morning instead of letting me wait? When I questioned this, I was met with a rude response, saying they "didn’t have time to call" because they were busy.

This is unacceptable customer service. If you can’t manage online bookings properly, don’t offer them. And if an issue arises, at least have the courtesy to inform customers politely. I won’t be using this garage again—learn to respect your customers before fixing cars!

Newly passed and brought my car in for a check up and the staff were so friendly and welcoming Lilly was great so reassuring. Overall a great first experience would recommend.

Visited the garage to get a slow puncture looked at. Apart from a bit of a wait the problem was sorted with a welcome surprise when I went to pay. Thank you very much Brad.

Brad the centre manager was very helpful and explained thoroughly what was involved.

Excellent service from staff today - sorted puncture straight away and gave a great price for 2 x tyres without a pushy sell - will defo use again.
