Simple and easy to arrange work. Very competitive and customer service was exceptional. Updated on progress and when the car was ready to be picked up.

Having searched the Internet they were the best price. Gave me a date and time for fitting, job done.

I booked online for a service and I was contacted straight away to confirm the booking and to discuss the type of service required. There was lots of availability and I was able to find a date and time that suited me perfectly. Robyn on the reception desk was so helpful and kept me up to date with everything. Pick up and drop off was really easy and again Robyn was happy to explain any findings on the service. Great customer service would happily use this garage again.

Customer service at Birkenhead branch excellent explaining in detail all work that needed doing. Clean reception and ample car parking. Will return.

Great, friendly service. Pot holes meant tracking and 2 new tyres. The guys spotted a slow rear puncture that I forgot to mention to them. Dunno how! Robyn on the front desk was knowledgeable and didn't push me for F1 rated tyres. Would recommend. P.s. The place is spotless too!

Be more upfront about estimated costing. . . Even if car not fixed at least give a diagnostic cost or understanding!!! I'm £170 down, car been in twice and not fixed.

Took car in to fix car seat adjustment wheel and was advised once they had stripped it they would need further time to fix and diagnose so took it back again where they charged me £170 to strip my car seat then phone call to say it will be 2 hours to fix the issue then further 2 hours to put car seat back plus additional £80 so 6 hours labour for a car seat adjustment. Now happy to pay however if I knew that the whole job was close to £500 I would of declined but when asked whats the approx cost the receptionist told me she was unable to give that information. Surely you know what you are doing enough to at least estimate! Thank you for literally nothing

100% recommend this garage!! Staff have professional attitude, quick fix and quick response if you have any questions,with out play games with you. Finally i find garage with want smile on your face, not just money!!

Brilliant staff- greeted with a smile by receptionist Robyn who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with all of my questions, the staff are extremely helpful and make you feel at ease when taking care of your car!

Receptionist Robyn at Birkenhead greeted me with a smile which was a good start. After the tracking had been completed she was able to answer all my questions without consulting anyone else which is proof that she is very knowledgable about Autocare. Further work booked in based on this experience

Booked my MOT online using HiQ Birkenheads website, within minutes of me sending my booking request I was contacted to arrange a suitable time and date, my MOT passed but had some advisories, James the MOT technician came and spoke to me regarding the advisories and gave me a thorough explanation as to what the advisory components were, asked for a quote which was very responsibly priced, and the work was carried out the same day and my car was ready when they said it would be, definitely recommend :)

Had my car booked in for some work with HiQ, I was really pleased with the quality of the work they carried out. Super friendly staff and fair prices. They gave great advice and were happy to answer extra questions I had too. Not always easy to find a trustworthy garage, so I’ll definitely be using these guys again. Already booked back in for a service 😊
