I am really impressed with HiQ. Their customer service was very helpful. I liked the reception area where I could sit and I liked the booking in system online. As someone who has limited mobility I felt the needs of people who need a little extra support (if needed) was catered for. I was given a rough estimate for collection and the cost of having an MOT and Service was as priced online when I booked the car in. I asked about additional things and was impressed that they didn’t do a hard sell and I was reassured that I didn’t need the extras. This company has renewed my faith in car care and I feel confident that I can ask for their advice or do repairs should I ever need to. My car isn’t new but it is certainly driving like it has had tender loving care! Thank you HiQ.

Excellent service received as always

I arrived half hour before closing time to see about getting 4 tyres for my car, as I was going on a long trip to and my current tyres were not fit for purpose. The teams were really welcoming, and helpful (as opposed to a prior tyre shop whom by their behaviour obviously did not want my business !) . Not only that, but gave me great price for premium tyres and they were able to fit them there and then! Saving me from having to come the following day .
I found it an extremely pleasant and professional experience.

As always, such superb service, professionalism and a friendly approach from Colin and his team. Although they were busy they still showed individual care to myself and other customers who were there to book in or pick up their vehicles. Good value tyres.

All good but the lack of a coffee machine is something which would make me come back again. Customers need coffee while we wait please. Just a simple one. It's advertised on the window too. Colin is great though.

2nd time here and equally great service, very pleased with work done today and for the competitive all in quote prior to undertaking any work. Made to feel welcome by Colin too, all in all a great experience

Wonderful service and friendly staff. Was very quick in booking me in and was a short wait whilst they did what I needed. Will defo be going back again.

The service was fast, the scheduling prompt and the Manager, Colin is genuinely a nice man.

Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. I only booked in for tyres for my sons car but it clearly needed brakes too when he picked me up to go over and they managed to get them and fit them too. Fantastic cafe just round the corner too. I will definitely be going here from now on. Very happy.. 😊👍
