This is my second time using these guys Rebecca great service as always so helpful and nothing is too much trouble for her, and Nigel the technician fitted my spark plugs in quick time and a bulb WILL ALWAYS RECOMMEND THESE GUYS

Took my car for an MOT and Service at a great price. I was sceptical due to prior experiences with other garages in the past (low quality work, being roped into expensive additional work etc. ), but I was pleasantly surprised by how accommodating Becky was from start to finish. She went above and beyond with the service and also gave me a clear summary to the work that had been done, the current state of my vehicle and what to keep an eye out for. Thank you Becky. I'll continue to use HiQ.

Was easy to book my car in for MOT online, when I dropped car off and again when I picked it back up was served by Bec and she was so friendly and helpful. I will defiantly be going back again for my car service later in the year.

EXCELLENT HiQ Banbury. We have used HiQ Banbury for two different car’s recently, an exhaust on one and discs and pads on the other. Becky was very friendly and helpful on the phone and gave us a quote immediately. They got our vehicles in very quickly and did a great job at a great price. We will be using them for any future work.

As a new driver going into a garage for the first time was quite daunting but Rebecca was fantastic, very professional and quick service both times my car was ready within a few hours.

I must say I'm normally suspicious of most garages but hiQ Banbury were excellent I had my van MOT and service done there it was done with ease and speed I was kept informed throughout it all . I also had a few issues with the van which they were so helpful in recommending a means to get them fixed . They certainly know there stuff . Thanks becky.

This was my first time at HiQ, not only was the service the best price in town (by a country mile), the service was amazing. Becky was professional and helpful, and ran through all her findings upon completing the service. I was able to book it online, and it just took all the hassel out of what can sometimes be a painful process when trying to organise a service.

I will be certainly using again, for all aspects of my car!!

Hi Q are by far the best for your motoring needs, Becky was totally professional, put my mind at ease, my first experience was getting a new shock absorber, spring coil etc fitted, Becky arranged the work to be done very efficiently, my car drove amazingly, second time was my MOT, again Becky was professional and gave me choice in when and what time I required the MOT, she kept me updated and my car sailed through. My next encounter will be in the form of a service. I would definitely recommend giving HI Q a call and experience peace of mind. Thanks Becky, 👍👏

The garage is immaculate. Becky was friendly and polite and the tyre change was quick, with a courtesy text when it was finished. Also got a complimentary ice scraper, which is handy given the weather!

First class service with excellent lady at the desk. A bit last minute from me but super quick and efficient. Defo use sgain and stronly recommend.
