I took the car in for an MOT, and they had same day availability. Needed to fix a few things, brought it back a few days later, they checked over and we're quick again.

Done really quickly

Brought my vehicle here, no hassle, got the work done to a high standard, highly recommend!

Quick service, knowledgeable staff and all the work done at good prices.

Did a great job with the MOT and fixed up the rear shocks. Super helpful and showed us under the car what worked needed doing and what we needed to do to fix advisories.

I took my car for a tyre traction in Aylesbury branch after I read good reviews
They charged me £££ but nothing was done
After picked my vehicle I realised as that traction was same as before
I went to branch they said leave car next week we are too busy
I left my vehicle for two days with them when I went to pick the vehicle they said sorry too busy to fix your vehicle . They refused to refund my money
I put two complaints with their customer service department but nothing has been done so far
No one pick phones on customer service department. Few email sent for complaints but no one replied to solve my problem

Please don’t trust good and fake reviews on websites or trust pilot . Completely avoid this company where there is no one also listen to your complaint in complaints department

Friendly staff and detailed report of service and MOT

Brilliant service, spoke me through a couple of minor advisory’s with my van and prices to fix said problems. Extremely well priced and friendly staff. Will be coming here in the future

Excellent service, very friendly staff, I desperately needed my Motorhome MOT'd 2 days before travelling to Europe...they were fully booked up but sqeezed me in at the end of the following day, unfortunately the system did not recognize my number plate! so they organised me to bring it in the next day when they could contact DVLA and query the system...DVLA sorted it and HiQ completed the MOT in the nick of time. Excellent service highly recommended.

He kept me informed at every stage of the repair and he ensured the repair was carried out to the highest level providing me with updates along the way and photos to reassure me.
