I was made to feel very comfortable by…
I was made to feel very comfortable by the receptionist & Paris my hearing consultant.
Altogether it was a pleasant experience & I’m looking forward to going back.

The service we received was excellent. Appointment is always on time, we never feel rushed with plenty of time to ask any questions we might have. Very professional service

It was my first experience of Hidden…
It was my first experience of Hidden Hearing for wax removal. Siobham has a gold star from me for a thorough friendly efficient service. I have worn hearing aids for at least 30 years so have experience of many audiology departments and this is top of my list. I would definitely recommend them.

Provide a report
It is disappointing that although the examination is very thorough, the client/patient is not routinely provided with a report of the examination. The data is retained on the Hidden Hearing system, but it is about me, and I would like to have a copy.

Personal, comprehensive and detailed consultation given by a Practitioner who appeared very passionate about his knowledge. He instilled confidence in me,and a desire to attend regular follow-ups.

Incompetence
Unimpressive test. (A week later I went to Specsavers, and the audiologist looked in my ears and said I needed to have wax removal - not necessarily at Specsavers - before a worthwhile test could be carried out. No mention of wax at Hidden Hearing.) Non-specific description of my hearing loss. No follow-up phone call. To top it all - no sign of promised M&S voucher.
