I am very pleased with my visit.
I am very pleased with my visit to this facility. The gentleman who served me was very professional and friendly. He tested my hearing and explained my problem clearly and understandably. He showed me 3 types of hearing aids that he can offer me. Although I have not decided on any of them yet, I left Hidden Hearing satisfied.

Fantastic experience at Hidden Hearing
Fantastic experience at Hidden Hearing, Norwich. The whole team were welcoming, the wax specialist (Dianne) was friendly and professional. Would 100% recommend.

Always a good experience....
As always, ease and use of my hearing aid is discussed, so if there was any issues they could be rectified.... No problems yet again. Sue's always really friendly and reassuring, so all in all an enjoyable experience. Thank you.
