These aids have changed my life

These aids have changed my life. They are discreet and work amazingly well, assisting me with my hearing loss and tinnitus.

From the initial appointment, to the after sales service, Hidden Hearing and their amazing staff have been second to none, and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Excellent service and price

I visited the Newcastle upon Tyne branch. The receptionist was polite and friendly. I was offered coffee. The person carrying out the procedure was polite and friendly. A full explanation of what would happen and any possible side effects/risks were explained before my consent was obtained.
An excellent service and good value for money.

I had a problem with one of my hearing…

I had a problem with one of my hearing aids, made an appointment. The customer service man, whose name I can't recall, saw me promptly was able to fix the problem in store, and updated my hearing test while there. Very good service.

What a difference this last visit was..

What a difference this last visit was..
Everything was clearly explained and was shown visuals on screen.
If this gentleman is the direction you're company is going I can only applaud you he was most informative....BRILLIANT

ABANDONED -NOWFOUND

Following my ‘abandonment’ after the death of my wife I was very disappointed with the initial response and reviewed accordingly and am very pleased to say the reconsideration given and subsequent follow up action has helped me now give a positive review.
I was invited to attend for another hearing test and then a fitting and Mr Riley did a great professional job in explaining and adjusting and then showing me patiently how to manage the new ‘old’ Oticon aids.
So thank you for the change of heart.
I do hope for the sake of others in similar situations that the Hidden Hearing management will
decide to operate a more compassionate company policy in the future.

ABANDONED

ABANDONED
I recently contacted HH as an audiologist appointment for my wife had to be rearranged at their request.
I went to the Newcastle Branch and explained that my wife , who died a month ago so could I have a hearing test and take over her hearing aids which had served her well since she bought them for £4000+ .
Michael Riley the Hearing Aid Dispenser said this would be possible at a charge of £100 and they could be ‘tuned’ to fit my ears/hearing requirements.

A few days later I received a call from one of call from one of the offices reminding me to make an appointment for the audiologist appointment for my wife and I explained that I had called in to my local branch to get the hearing aids set up for me as my wife no longer requires them.
The helpful call centre told me this is impossible as the hearing aids are over two years old and it is ‘company policy’ not to offer this service after 2 years.
I am extremely disappointed with this abandonment and am sure the equipment does not cease to function and I have kept them charged up as normal since my wife died.
I went again to my local branch and the salesman I spoke too was unsure so he said he would ask Michael Riley to call me the next morning which he did and he repeated ‘company policy’ does not permit this.

So yes I have lost my wife of almost 60 years and to pot with the expensive and still functioning hearing aids! I must conclude that while my wife used them regularly they worked well, the regular service by our local audiologist was first class and I had hoped to be able to continue this good relationship.
Alas no chance!

Excellent customer service from Garrie

I saw Garrie at Morpeth and felt he really to and understood what I was saying. I had a full hearing test and my hearing aid was checked too. Garrie asked if I needed any adjustments to my hearing aid which I didn't. My husband raised that idea of the latest version of the hearing aid which we discussed and perhaps I will go back in a few months to purchase one. All in all a great experience.

Cheerful greeting on arrival and straight into appointment.
Answered questions and explained everything clearly. Really listened to what I was saying. Very happy with this great service
