Faraz Aslam (Hearing Aid Dispenser )
was kind and considerate throughout the whole appointment.
He was patient during the hearing test and explained very clearly how to use the recommended hearing aids.

I found my experience to be very informative and helpful knowing my hearing is being monitored by an experienced person, and will be checking them again next time .

Mandy at the leeds branch cleared my ears of wax and performed a quick hearing test in the most professional manner. I would highly recommend her services

Very pleasant receptionist and audiologist. The latter was understanding, prepared to listen and explained things as the various rests were made.

The only issue was that she pushed hearing aids deep into my ears which was very painful.

Spoke to Morgan and Kirsty who were absolutely wonderful - truly a testiment to a level of excellence and professionalism you rarely get these days - totally recommended

Faraz Aslam did a home visit in Leeds to fit replacement hearing aids for my elderly Mum with dementia. He was punctual, friendly and kind, whilst being professional and helpful and explaining everything to myself and my Mum.

Mandy in the Leeds branch was exceptionally kind, clear and efficient. She talked me through every part of the process and I felt really looked after.

I have needed regular wax removal for the last 35 years and I can honestly say the visit to Mandy in Leeds was the best experience ever! She asked many questions and then gave a detailed explanation of the process.
The removal process was delicate but thorough and pain free. The room was immaculate and the equipment very sophisticated.

I was seen by Mr Faraz Aslam. He was very approachable and professional. The hearing test was done very efficiently and he explained clearly the results of my audiogram. He then recommended the model of hearing aids which he thought best suited me. Naturally his recommendation was the top of the range in terms of performance and price. He told me to get back in touch when i made a decision on whether to get hearing aids or not. What i liked was that there was no hard sell like a double glazing salesman!

Faraz was great: polite and helpful, answering the questions we had and being very patient with my mum who struggles to process anything technical. Very impressed with the service he provided.
