As always, a professional & friendly service

My wife has recently been fitted with new hearing aids from the Eastbourne shop. The service provided was first class both Gate and Ben were very attentive and made the testing and fitting easy.

Excellent customer service. Very friendly, focused and quick but clear service. Would recommend to anyone.

Hidden Hearing have been my hearing aid provider for a few years now. I have always found Ben and Gaye extremely efficient, friendly and accommodating. Nothing is ever too much trouble. I have never had an issue making an appointment to suit me. Only two days ago one of my hearing aids stopped working. I rang Gaye in the office and she took me through all the problem solving, which I tried overnight. However, it didn't solve the issue. I called her again today and she asked me to come in whenever it suited me. 10 mins later I was in the office expecting Ben to take over but he was busy. Gaye had a look at them and within 20 mins it was problem solved. She gave both hearing aids the once over and renewed bits and pieces so both had a good service. I wish more companies gave this kind of customer service. I would highly recommend this branch of Hidden Hearing to anyone. Thank you Gaye. See you again.

My husband suddenly started to have intermittent hearing in one ear - I called into Hidden Hearing in Eastbourne, imagining that the hearing aid had a problem. BUT no, within 10 minutes Gaye had tested the aid, replaced the cable, renewed the dome and it worked perfectly again. Amazingly quick, professional and helpful service, and not for the first time either. This branch is superb - highly recommend !

I received excellent service from Belinda yesterday when I urgently needed ear wax removal
Belinda explained what she was going to do and I could hear so much better when the treatment was over although she was unable to completely clear the wax she gave me some oil to soften the remaining wax and made me another appointment at no extra cost.

Hidden hearing have looked after my hearing needs for several years and I can't praise them highly enough. My hearing tests are never hurried and Ben is very patient and professional, taking time to explain everything to me. The after care is exceptional. Gaye takes care of everything at reception and is very knowledgeable and friendly. I know whenever I have a problem with my aids I can call in at any time and she will do her best to sort it out for me, always with a friendly welcome and cheerful smile! I have no hesitation recommending Hidden Hearing.

I have had Hidden Hearing Hearing aids for about 2 years now they are very good but my review is about a very special member of their team at Eastbourne her name is Amie she is a Audiologist at Eastbourne and very professional and helpful she goes the extra mile to keep her clients happy. She did this for me recently she put herself out to fix my Hearing aid and bought it back to me, she really is a caring person and very good at her job I hope she stays at Eastbourne for a long time

Ben was courteous, thorough & explained my problem well.
My only complaint is the cost of your hearing aids!!

They were very friendly and put me at ease straight away. It was the first time anyone has explained to me how my tinnitus happens. The hearing test is very thorough and each step was explained before it happened.
The hearing aid is extremely expensive but you can get finance which some companies don't offer.
It's great to hear better on my right side again.

Staff are friendly and helpful going out of the way to provide a personal service .My repaired hearing aids were delivered back to my house when I had an evening meeting and were linked to my mobile phone . Terence

Very good experience. Belinda and Gaye were very friendly and made you feel very welcome. Happy to answer any questions and was over and done with so quickly.
Would definitely recommend for an ear wax removal. Suction was used rather than a syringe so wasn't painful at all.
