Offers and explanations on other products we're given but not pushed upon me.
Will certainly attend this branch again.

Customer Service
The service I receive is always first class. I am always treated with care & expertise at your Deal Branch.
I think it would be difficult to improve the service unless things rapidly changed.
My only concern is the cost of hearing aids. I am an elderly pensioner & money is tight, so having to fork out thousands of pounds is hard.

Great service
Last week l attended my yearly checkup at Hidden Hearing (Deal)
I wear double hearing aids, first camera in both ears to check wax and everything is ok then full hearing test to check for any alterations.
She then cleaned my hearing aids and added new plastic wires and updated hearing aids on computer.
I am over the moon with the service Hidden Hearing gives me l don’t know were l would be without my hearing aids and the great service
