Grace was knowledgeable, compassionate and personable. Very professional.

Visited the Chesterfield branch of hidden hearing with my mum(86). Was welcomed in with a warm greeting from the lady on reception, who quite clearly remembered my mum from a previous visit. we were shown through to Grace who also remembered my mum. These greetings put us both at ease.
We explained the problems and immediately a full and detailed explanation was given.
A full hearing test was carried out, the hearing aids were serviced, cleaned and returned to full operating condition. Spares required to maintain the hearing aides were supplied, and all this within the original purchase agreement incurring no cost.
The service we received was above and beyond and we would like to thank both at Chesterfield for the outstanding service they provided

It was my first time at Hidden Hearing. It's in a good location in the middle of Chesterfield. When I called in just to make an appointment I found a friendly reception from Mandy and another member of staff popped out and quickly checked my ears to make sure I did need the wax removing. I was then given some Earol to prepare for the session. When I arrived for the appointment I was offered a drink and then went upstairs where Jan explained the procedure to me, confirmed my medical details and outlined the possible risks. She then carried out the procedure followed by a hearing test. I have had this carried out elsewhere so I am in a position to compare and say that this was an outstanding place at a good price. I will be going back and have no hesitation in recommending it.

Grace was amazing! She was so friendly and informative, explained everything carefully, she was so helpful and helped me make the right decision for which hearing aids to have. Within 2 hours I had hearing aids for the first time ever, it's changed my life, thank you SO much!

Right from the start our HA Dispenser Levi Marshall was welcoming, professional and knowledgeable, and showed us through all the tests with a lovely gentle manner. She also fixed an ongoing fitment problem with my aids that I've struggled with since my initial purchase.

I was treated with great respect and all the treatments were fully explained by very informative staff.

We received excellent service from Grace. She talked us through the procedures and fully explained the results, possible causes and the implications going forward. The visual evidence helped us to understand what was happening to our hearing. She advised on next steps and we feel more able to follow up concerns. Very professional, friendly and happy to answer our questions. We left feeling confident that she had identified our hearing needs.

This was my first visit to Hidden Hearing. I was very impressed. Mandy on reception was very welcoming. The audiologist, Grace, was patient and clearly explained everything she did l, what I needed to do and then what her finding were. I felt no pressure and felt confident that I had all the facts to take forward what she had said.
