HHI Recensioni

I've just had my windows fitted by Nick, and it was a pleasure to have him in my home.l found him to be very professional and meticulous in his work.He was very good maybe one of the best tradesmen I have ever encountered and left everything slick and span no mess Well done 👍

Had a bathroom fitted and dealt with the team in PrinceRegent Road a year or so ago. The team there were a dream to deal with at the time. I had an issue with the same bathroom (my fault) and even after time had passed and the team again surpassed themselves and sorted my issue, quickly, efficiently and professionally. I have used them for roof line, composite door and bathroom and if you are look for a company to trust I highly recommend.

Had a new door fitted today by Nicolas and his excellent helper Oscar. Nicolas was very professional in his manner and explained everything clearly. Delighted with the door and everything was left immaculate. First class service would definitely recommend 👌

I recently had a bathroom installed by HHI Newtownabbey. Alice was very helpful and knowledgeable when designing the bathroom and helped me get the most use out of the space I had.

The tradesmen were very professional when installing the bathroom and kept me updated on what was completed and what still had to be done. The installation itself was completed in very little time and I couldn’t be happier with the final result.

Nichola was very professional in his fitting of the windows the porch windows and door to line up with the living room window was not a straight forward job but he got round any problems and we were left with a first class job no mess inside living room and cleaning everything and all rubbish taken away thank you Nicholas

Had my kitchen window and back door ( composite)fitted today. The fitter was Mark , he was punctual and his standard of work was excellent he left the place spotless. All in all it a job well done and a credit to HHI. Will be heading up to order all new windows soon, Thankyou.

Nicholas fitted patio doors today. He was friendly and explained what the process was. He was extremely professional, meticulous and ensured the doors were perfect before he left. Nicholas cleaned the doors and windows before leaving and lifted all rubbish away. Highly recommended for any and all work to be done. Will br requesting Nicholas for further work to be carried out.

This was my second time to use HHI for a full kitchen refit, as the first experience was so good I completely trusted them and their workmanship. Jen was our designer and she was able to get the vision in my head actually installed in my kitchen. She was great at adding in ideas that I had not thought of and so glad she did as they look amazing. She was also very good at giving advice on making little tweaks that would save a lot of money but still give the desired effect. She was very pleasant to deal with and accommodated any change of thoughts we had in the planning stage. HHI worked as a team, as Colin the surveyor was also very good at coming along behind the initial plans offering some small changes that worked so well. All those that worked on the project, Ryan, Aaron, Robert, John and Stuart were all great workers showing up on time and very nice to deal with. Jim who was the project manager was so good as he was always one step ahead with any little flaws that required attention, he had them noted and sorted very quickly. Abbi on reception was always so cheerful every time I called HHI. I would highly recommend HHI to anyone considering a new kitchen as having used them twice I can stand over the recommendation for the whole team and the quality of the product, and it all started with Gavin during our first refit so thanks to all at HHI a great company to deal with.

Really good service from Start to finish expertly designed by Gavin, all the tradesmen came when they said they would come, from removing old kitchen, replacing flooring, plastering, electrical work, plumbing and fitting new kitchen all done expertly and tidied up after they left,100% satisfied with all aspects from start to finish.

Every employee we dealt with form this company were friendly, polite and helpful. The salesman ,Garath Bond, who first called was very helpful, listened to what we wanted and advised what he thought was best and gave us a quote. Next the surveyor called with us and reviewed the quote and remeasured all the work,he was also friendly and efficient. The window and door fitter was Nick and his son Oscar. Having trades men working in your house is a lottery, well with Nick and Oscar we hit the jackpot. They arrived in a clean van, always a good sign,on time and wasted no time in getting to work. Even though it was during the recent heat wave they worked on without stopping or complaining, Both were polite and friendly and as they worked they cleaned up any mess that was created. Both even called on Sunday to complete the work.We are very happy with our new windows and front door and we would definitely recommend this company to our friend. A great job all round.Mant thanks.

We just visited the Bangor showroom. Very impressive.Extensive stock. We were given plenty of time to browse without interruption and then Colin listened patiently to our requirements and offered great advice.
Would recommend.

Really pleased with HHI team. They arrived on time, worked constantly and even vacuumed up afterwards. Our thanks go to plumber Stephen, fitter Rodney and electrician Michael. Great job.

We got a new bathroom and it was very well worked from the start with Emily to the finish with all the tradesmen and people behind the desks on the phones. The tradesmen where all very good and would also advise on whether something would look better changed or moved. There was a small problem with the radiator but that wasn't hhi fault and every one I rang was very nice, polite , professional and nothing was any trouble. So yes I would recommend hhi for bathrooms.

Just had our bathroom and separate toilet renovated by HHI Bangor. First class service from design with Emily to construction by the two David’s and Michael. Completed to our satisfaction by quality workmanship evident throughout. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone .

Nicolas did a brilliant job fitting our windows went above and beyond and can't recommend enough, attention to detail was first class

I had my bathroom installed by HHI in 2018. I contacted them on Friday 11th June 2026 regarding issues with my toilet flusher. Stephen the plumber arrived on Tuesday 16th and sorted this. As he went to leave I asked for details to transfer payment. Stephen checked with the office and advised me that there was no charge. I was gobsmacked. Thank you HHI for the amazing job and also for my amazing kitchen which you installed the following year. Xx

We recently had our front and back doors supplied and fitted by HHI and are absolutely delighted with them. Alan visited our home to help us choose the right doors and his professionalism, friendliness and experience were evident from the outset. He listened to what we wanted, offered excellent advice and guided us through the options without any pressure, making the whole decision process straightforward.
As with previous experiences with HHI, the communication from Abbi and Donna was exceptional. They were always friendly, helpful and efficient, keeping us updated throughout and making everything run seamlessly. The installation was carried out by Philip and his team, who were fantastic from start to finish. They arrived exactly when they said they would, worked quickly and efficiently, and nothing was too much trouble. All done within one morning. They were friendly, left everything clean and tidy, and Philip took the time to explain everything clearly and answer my questions before he left. The whole experience was completely stress free and the quality of the finished doors is fantastic! We couldn't be happier with the result and would have no hesitation in recommending HHI to anyone looking for new doors.

I have just had pvc cladding done on my outside sills. From my initial phonecall everything was done in a very professional and friendly manner from Gareth calling to measure to Conor doing the installation. I would recommend it to anyone

From our initial appointment with Gavin through to the tradesmen who installed our new kitchen we cannot fault HHI Bangor in any way. Each and every person we dealt with was polite, their work was clean and they were punctual each day. A special thank you also goes to Jim who overseen the whole project and went the extra mile for us regarding our dining room floor.

We did have a couple of minor issues with the kitchen on completion but these were dealt with quickly.

Honestly, we would have no hesitation in recommending HHI to family and friends.
