HHI Recensioni

Lauren Wright was most friendly and helpful. She listened carefully and was able to show me a range of fixture, fittings and finishes to meet my needs. I am delighted with my choices and look forward to the installation

From start to finish, the whole process was made so simple and straightforward. The coordination of all the different trades was spot on, and everyone involved was polite, respectful, professional and clearly took great pride in their work.

The standard of workmanship has been excellent, and we particularly appreciated how tidy everyone was and how they always left the house and driveway spotless 😊

We are delighted with the finished bathrooms and couldn't be happier with the result. It’s been a pleasure dealing with everyone at HHI, and we really appreciate the effort and care that went into making the whole experience such a positive one.

I Wish i could give 10 as it was Top 10 service

Recently as of yesterday we had our windows and doors installed by the team at HHI Glengormely.

From start to finish there professionalism has been second to none.

From Darren calling to measure, to our fascia and guttering getting complete in less than a week and half. To Matthew the branch manager keeping us in the loop.

But the main thanks goes to Mark and his team for the install, even with the weather from Wednesday to Friday that didn't stop Mark He was there bang on 730 to get going👏👏👏.

What a fantastic job they did🫶🫶🫶😍😍

Honestly can not recommend HHI Glengormley & Mark enough.

We decided we needed new window sills and went to HHI to see what was on offer. We were well impressed. The fitter was Connor and he did a very professional job. He was pleasant, polite and quiet. The end result is stunning and makes our property look even better.

Just had a kitchen and bathroom fitted with HHI, from rip out to completion first class, excellent customer service. Extremely professional, friendly and clean. Special mention (kitchen) to Ryan (rip out), Aaron and Robert (plumber and electrician), Owen and Victor (flooring), Andy (kitchen). All top class, friendly, hard working guys. Also (bathroom), Jonny and Stephen. All efficient, clean, friendly and informative.
Thank you kindly, amazing job all round! Also thank you to Tracy and Emily for advice and help.

We had our bathroom and ensuite replaced by HHi in Newtownabbey and from the beginning of the experience with Alice in Sales until both jobs complete the service has been amazing. Everyone involved, have been so professional, knowledgeable and extremely tidy. We absolutely love what they have created and would highly recommend their services

I had my bathroom renowated recently. I decided to pay for convenience, had my project created by a lovely Alice who was extremally helpful and patient trying to fit all furniture in my micro bathroom. Once the works started I left my keys and went on holiday. The end effect was amazing with all the work done with the highest standard. There was a small damage to my office wall when the shower was installed to adjusting wall that was missed and only noticed when I arrived home. I reported it and got it fixed recently. Overall defenitely recommend especially if you value comfort and conviniance.

We replaced the front door. Great service . Job done very well. Stuff was very helpful and nice. Highly recommended.

From the moment I walked into the showroom to enquire about a new kitchen the staff were extremely helpful.
Jen was absolutely fabulous talking me through the whole process from measuring, planning and picking colours and units to help create a kitchen i had always dreamed of.
Once i received a start date the whole process ran like clockwork starting with the rip out of my old kitchen until the last pieces of my new one were put together.
Aaron, Victor, Robert, John and Andy were like a dream team going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect even tidying up after themselves each evening so that no mess was left.
HHI Castlereagh you should be very proud of the team I would recommend these guys to anyone total professional job and workmanship.
Many thanks for making my kitchen so beautiful.

I honestly cannot speak highly enough of the fantastic team at HHI Castlereagh, particularly Jen, who guided me through the entire process of purchasing my new kitchen.

From my very first appointment at the showroom right through to delivery, the service was absolutely first class!

Jen was an absolute pleasure to deal with. So friendly, knowledgeable, professional and incredibly helpful throughout. Her communication was excellent, and she took the time to explain everything in ordinary, easy to understand terms, making the whole experience completely straightforward and stress free. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her attention to detail and efficiency were second to none.

A special mention also to Tracey and Abbie, who were equally fantastic to deal with. Both so friendly, approachable and helpful, with nothing ever a bother. I wasn't home when the kitchen was delivered, but my husband spoke so highly of the driver also.

The whole process was seamless, and the level of customer service from start to finish was exceptional. It's refreshing to deal with a team who genuinely care about their customers and take such pride in what they do.

I'm one very happy customer and will most definitely be recommending HHI Castlereagh to anyone considering a new kitchen!

Thank you so much Team HHI! 👏❤️

We couldn’t be happier with our experience with HHI Bathroom Fitters in Newtownabbey.

From the moment we walked into the showroom, Alice greeted us with a smile and was incredibly helpful. She took the time to help us choose everything for our two bathrooms, offered great advice and worked with us to keep everything within our budget. She even suggested a few little tweaks that brought the price down without compromising on the look we wanted.

We ordered at the end of January and by May, both bathrooms had been completely transformed. The whole process was extremely smooth from start to finish. Each bathroom took just under a week to install, and the fitters were fantastic — professional, tidy, hardworking and clearly very good at what they do.

We now have two beautiful new bathrooms and are absolutely delighted with them. We would highly recommend HHI. The fact that they take care of everything from start to finish made the whole experience so much easier and completely stress-free.

We’re so glad we chose HHI!

I cannot rate HHI highly enough. These guys know what high performance is. My daughter got her new kitchen installed and from the beginning to the finish everything ran so smoothly - like clockwork.
A highly motivated team who take pride in their work. Everyone was enthusiastic about their work and high performance in all aspects of the work. .
An amazing experience for us to see skilled experts at work. The follow up was also highly impressive as the team manager returned to make sure all was to our satisfaction and if there were any snags. And we were encouraged to get in touch if we had an issues. We haven’t had any!
Highly recommend HHI! We are completely satisfied!

We had a new front door fitted on around April, fitted by 3 people it was a complete mess, crack in the frame, water outlets at bottom of the door block, other things I will not go into, went back to Donna in Castlereagh branch, after a couple of visits to be fair to Donna she said it will be put right, but will take a few months, as wee were having a new back door made as well as the front door frame replaced, last week a fitter called Nicholas light from another branch was sent out, such a nice person , it was a pleasure to have him working in our house, he explained everything he was doing, and such a professional at what he does, he was with us for 2 days, fitted a back door as well, if wee require any further work wee would want Nicholas back, so thank you Nicholas for doing such a professional job. Neill, in Dundonald.

Great experience with HHI - staff are very efficient giving great advice and instruction
Products are second to none!
Highly recommended 😁

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From a very dated 1997 bathroom to a little bit of luxury!

We honestly couldn’t be happier with our new bathroom. After living with the same very dated 1997 bathroom for years, the transformation has been incredible. It now feels modern, luxurious and calm — and like a completely different room!

A huge thank you to Emily, who was fantastic from the design stage onwards. She was so helpful, patient and really understood the look and feel we wanted to create. Her advice and attention to all the little details helped turn our ideas into something that feels genuinely luxurious.

The fitting team were brilliant too. Everyone was professional, hardworking and clearly took pride in their work. The electrical, fitting and plumbing work were carried out really well, and everything was coordinated to bring the whole bathroom together beautifully. Our home was treated with care and it was an incredibly smooth job.

I also have to give a special mention to Neil, the plumber. His precision and attention to detail were fantastic, and he was incredibly helpful with a few extra things we wanted done along the way. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was finished properly, and those little finishing touches made such a difference.

From the initial design through to the final finishing touches, we’ve been so impressed with the whole experience. What was once a bathroom we had simply learned to live with is now one of our favourite rooms in the house.

A massive thank you to Emily and the entire team — we absolutely love our new bathroom and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you! ❤️

Just had new guttering and fascia board installed by Phil and Paul, from HHI Bangor. Cant believe how well they got on! Two of the hardest workers I have ever met. Absolutely deeeeeelighted with the finished job and would recommend them and HHI to everyone! 10 out of 10 doesn't
come close!!!!

At every stage I was treated very well, the order, the survey and especially the installation. On the date of the installation Nicholas arrived to install windows and a composite door.He was very friendly and informed me about what to expect. He was very meticulous to a fault explaining what he was doing and the reasons for it. As he completed a room he tidied and cleaned up after himself. What an amazing job he did and I have no problem recommending HHI and Nicholas in particular.

New bathroom installed promptly with plenty of support from showroom staff for all the planning. Installed by very professional tradesmen who helped to create as little disruption as possible. Very satisfied with the overall job.

Had a new composite front door fitted a brilliant job by mark Houston would have no problem giving anyone a recommendation for this man thank you to mark and hhi for there fantastic service

I am really happy with my new bathroom window and the surveyor, fitters and staff I spoke to on the phone were lovely to deal with.
