Hexeal Chemicals supply and updated me to the improvements for our deliveries, the courier service improvement is excellent, my positive feedback is that I've genuinely felt valued as a customer. not only to what they said, they have come through and done very well !!, with positive feedback for their product and service.

We have ordered Iso Proypal from Hexeal on several occasions and they have always been first class. This last time I noticed there were 2 bottles missing so contacted the straight away and Lucy emailed straight back to say that it looked like the 2 bottles must have fallen out the box so she would arrange to have 2 sent out and right enough they arrived the next day. Fantastic customer service from Lucy and the Hexeal team. I highly recommend you and and we will be ordering again in the near future. Keep up the great work Kind Regards Jim

Ridiculous, absolutely terrible experience,

15.10.24 order placed, received email a few days later that order has been processed and send to EVRI for delivery to myself.

Days after trying to chase the order I'm met by this "Tracey" character, she tells me my order has been lost and she went ahead and cancelled my order pending a refund without asking me if I'd like the order re submitting. She advised me I can submit a new order should I wish to.
21.10.24 went ahead and submitted a new order, this was the wrong product so I emailed and had the order cancelled in less than 1 hr.

When tried to order a new item I received an email right after placement of order informing me that my order was cancelled.

I contacted Hexeal to ask why is this happening, and the person answering the phone was no other but same Tracey. She tells me she went ahead and added me to a ban list because she is not happy I complained about the initial order outcome. When asking her if she can escalate or connect me to her manager as I am not happy with the situation she tells me she is the manager on site and that there is no one else available ATM to speak with and that any complaints come directly to her.
She was rude in her way of speaking to me ocer the phone and made it clear that she decided to answer my complaint about my purchase being misplaced/lost with a ban onto myself making it impossible for me to place a new order with the company. I find it absolutely surreal that this individual decision to ban me from ordering again due to the fact that I complained. Also even worse it seems that any complaints in view with her so called "customer service" go back to herself to review. This probably explains why she didn't seem interested or even polite in the phone call.

I am leaning this review in hope that there's more than 1 employee of this company as I believe someone needs to be made aware of her way of doing "business". I am happy to be contacted by someone who actually understands customer service and has some competence in dealing with complaints.

It’s the second time I order high strength white vinegar from them and both my experiences have gone amazingly. The prices are unbelievably good, the delivery is so fast, tracked and free. I’m definitely a regular customer now.

HEXEAL: A Company to Avoid to Buy From

**Beware! If you're considering buying from HEXEAL, read this first!**

My recent experience with HEXEAL was an absolute nightmare. I placed an order through Amazon.co.uk, only to have it inexplicably split into two separate parcels by DHL. Unfortunately, only one of these parcels ever arrived, leaving me with half my order missing and no explanation.

Instead of receiving helpful support from HEXEAL's customer service, I was met with an infuriating indifference. Tracey, the customer service representative, offered zero assistance in resolving the issue. She simply told me to track the missing parcel myself and deal directly with the courier, even though DHL themselves confirmed that only the sender can initiate requests.

I called DHL and received confirmation that half of my order was never scanned in at the delivery depot. Worse yet, they informed me that only HEXEAL (the sender) could initiate a search request, leaving me stuck in limbo for days on end.

My repeated attempts to reach HEXEAL via Amazon, highlighting the urgency of my situation, were met with complete silence. This blatant disregard for my needs as a customer was appalling.

Do yourself a favour and buy from other companies that will treat you with respect and consideration.

Ordered some flammable and corrosive chemicals. Police turned up at my door and had a warrant to search my house. All i wanted to do was make some soap and the police found my leaf stash. Not to pleased and now serving 3 months in the slammer. Missus got a divorce and now i spend my days crying in my bathtub with no one to love me.

I ordered two separate orders, one was damaged on arrival. The second the DHL driver lied and said he had tried to deliver. CCTV cameras saw the van driver turn the van around without getting out and drove off with my property I'd paid for. I was then told a completely different story by Hexeal, allegedly the product was damaged again and unfit for delivering, it's all nonsense. I'm waiting 10 days for my refund. Worse service I've ever had in my life.

Ordered some isopropyl alcohol on 28 December. Money taken obviously. 17 days later there's no sign of the product. I decided to disregard the negative reviews on here as rarities. That was probably a mistake. I can confirm that I am not a "disgruntled ex-employee", never even heard of the company before making this order.

Edit: The order arrived after 21 days. Except I didn't find it until 3 days later, hidden in the front garden. No notice through the door to say it had arrived or where it was. Not ideal for a product I wanted to use for cleaning and disinfecting. Upgraded to three stars because much of the delay and other issues were apparently due to Hexeal's chosen courier and not Hexeal themselves. Also Hexeal's customer service responses were relatively prompt and polite.

Never thought I could have a satisfying and pleasent experience buying Isopropyl alcohol and Acetone ( plus a litre of something very different: Organic Cider Vinegar). But satisfying and pleasant it most certainy was. The staff at their Brundall branch were cheerful and accommodating. A nice experience all round and terrific value for money. I'll be back. Thanks.

Saw some questionable reviews here so I thought I’d write an honest one. I ordered last Wednesday (13th) and it arrived today (Tuesday the 19th). I went for free delivery so I think this is very reasonable, although you can pay for express if you need it quicker. I had some trouble with my initial order (my card ran into some issues, nothing to do with hexchem) and messages customer service and received a reply within the hour which was very helpful. Would definitely recommend ordering, I got isopropanol which was around half the price of Amazon (granted you don’t get it next day but it saves you some money).

Edit: there are comments about not sending goods, mine was collected by evri on Monday (18th, so it took about half a week to send/collect), but for free delivery I think this is fine. They do send an early tracking message making it seem it has been collected earlier but this has attachments to the real time tracking which is handled by Evri.

I used to buy my Isopropyl from an online electronic component supplier but their price is now over £16 for a 1 litre can. My son said he gets all his from Hexeal, and its good stuff and much cheaper. My order for five 1 litre bottles cost £18.29 including delivery, and arrived well packed in about two days.

I will have no hesitation ordering from them again when this batch runs out. Clearly somebody (maybe a disgruntled ex-employee) has 'got it in' for Hexeal and is leaving duff reviews, imagining that normal people can't see through them!

I ordered an item off this company . Which wasn't as described nor delivered on time . So I called the company .to speak to the only customer service called Sarah. Who only wanted to refund me .an now I know why .because they actually didn't have what I ordered .I'd seriously watch out ordering from this company .its a con merchant

Bought hexeal product about a year ago very bad service, I tried them again this year thinking they must have improved. NO they haven't and they come out with exactly the same excuses as the previous, tracking info doesn't work not delivered on the day stated with no other updates, are we meant to be house bound until they decide. 😡😡

Bought some Epsom salt and Himalayan pink salt to use in the bath and they are fab. So relaxing and makes your skin feel amazing! Delivery was super quick and customer service is top notch! Would highly recommend!

Top quality products and efficient shipping. I had to amend my order and they sorted everything out straight away for me. Website is straightforward and easy to use as well. Will be ordering from Hexeal again, really pleased :)

I've ordered from Hexeal multiple times (bath bomb ingredients plus solvents/3d printing materials) and the only time I had issues they sent out more product as a thank you for discussing the issues with them (packaging and shipping problems, which were resolved very quickly - thanks guys)

NB: they do recommend (and prefer) that small orders go via Amazon

It appears that there is negative review stuffing going on

I am especially interested in the reviews claiming that someone ordered any quantity of 5 litre isopropyl units from them as they do not offer that volume packaging and never have. it's always been 5*1l bottles

Bear in mind that hexeal is selling lab grade IPA, not industrial grade. If you only need industrial grade, buy from an industrial seller (lab grade is good for 3d printing, industrial grade is fine for engine or hand cleaning, etc)

My order came on time and was good quality and price. Very happy.

Well despite some of the other reviews here my own experience has been very positive. Goods as advertised with a speedy delivery - can't ask for more.
