Have been getting demineralised/-ionised water (and Epsom salts) from them for over seven years as far as I can make out (mainly via Amazon), maybe longer. Always excellent.

I recently ordered 10kg of sodium bicarbonate which Hexeal dispatched as you would expect. However the courier failed to deliver it on the expected day. I contacted Hexeal customer services & they immediately began to chase the company concerned. When they failed to get any response from said company they sent out a replacement which arrived the next day. So the whole thing was resolved in a matter of a couple of days. It is so unusual these days to find a company who really appreciate the value of their customers.
So thank you Hexeal & in particular their customer service department.

Ordered through Amazon and was a problem with Evri delivery- got in contact with Hexeal and they came back to me straight away and sent me out replacement. Can not fault their customer service at all. Polite and friendly and good products

Quick service and when the delivery company damaged my items, it was resolved by the seller straight away. Not my first order through this seller and won't be my last.

due to evri my parcel was damaged beyond repair i contacted this company and from the 1st email they were excellent and within the hour a replacement was on its way a very professional company with great customer service

Purchased some white vinegar from them. Evri said that they had problems with delivering it. So I got in touch with Amazon who contacted Hexeal. They got in touch immediately and are sending a replacement. Very efficient company

I ordered some vinegar through amazon. I ran into an issue with he delivery. Evri failed to respond so I contacted Hexeal direct. They responded withing 24 hours and resolved the issue. Fantastic service. Will be using them again

I have used this company for the past 4 years for purchasing white vinegar. When my latest delivery did not arrive, I contacted Hexeal and when they looked into it and found that Evri did not deliver due to damage in transit! Lucy promptly offered refund or replacement, I obviously needed replacement and it was here the next day! Excellent customer service !!!

I had orderd Hexeal deionised water which is excellent for steam irons as I live in London where the water is very hard through Amazon. Had an issue with Evri not delivering said item. Amazon wee unhelpful so got in touch with Hexealdirectly and spoke to a lovely lady called Tracey who was efficiency personified!

We have been buying 2x 5 litre containers of vinegar, for general cleaning, great value on Amazon, especially with free delivery within a few days across all of GB and NI. Great product and service.

Slight problem with receiving deionised water 💦 one out of two 5ltr containers was damaged during( not their own ) transport.
I sent a few pictures of the water damaged packaging and Lucy was quickly in touch offering a solution.
It is really good to have such great customer service and I would recommend dealing with this company I know I will again!

Following the abject failure of Evri to deliver my order of vinegar, I contacted Hexeal and spoke initially with Carl and then with Tracy who very promptly and courteously dealt with my problem and arranged for a replacement which arrived the very next day. Outstanding service from Hexeal and especially from Tracy.

There is no one better at what they do, The staff are excellent communicators the orders are always correct the products are first class and no one does it better! the bonus is prompt delivery and a price to suit your pocket. Hexeal is my company of the year! Thank you guys!

Excellent products & outstanding customer service. The Citric Acid is absolutely brilliant for descaling & multiple other uses, superb quality indeed. The Dead Sea salt is also another quality product for a healthy soak in the bath with multiple skin & health benefits. I have been using various products from Hexeal Chemicals and all have been top quality. The customer service is above and beyond, very customer focused. I am personally impressed with the team at Hexeal Chemicals, Karl has also been above and beyond in his care & attention to providing "us" the customer with quality products and service, with new products to come. I personally highly recommend this Norwich based company.

Great service from this company. The super strength vinegar was very effective against efflorescence on an external brick wall. Will use as a maintenance solution now i know it works so well. I’ve been using Hexeal Epsom Salt for a while now, and it’s by far the best I’ve found. The salts dissolve easily, and feel incredibly pure. I mainly use them for muscle recovery after exercise and relaxing evening baths, and they make such a difference—my muscles always feel less tense, and my skin feels soft afterwards.

Delivery was also quick and hassle-free, and the price is incredible for the quality. I love that Hexeal is a trusted UK supplier, and I’ll definitely keep buying from them. Highly recommended!

Been using this company for about a year now to get 10kg tubs of Epsom salts for my dog’s paws as he gets interdigital cysts and bathing his paws in this helps greatly.
This product is reasonably priced but most importantly for me it’s always dispatched promptly and arrives in quick time and is always the correct product (which is not always a given these days!!)
