Lower class of car than was quoted for $147 more …
I was quoted an estimate for a Volvo XC60 or similar car for $547. I was given a Nissan Altima which is in a lower class of car and charged $694 . This discrepancy has not been resolved by Hertz.

Need more car options on late flights…
Not many cars to choose from when I arrived at midnight. And the choices left were not great. But the ease of arrival and departure from BDL was great. Better cars would have gotten you a 5 star rating.

Rental with hertz was a gteat experience
I had no problem picking up and dropping off the rental. They were very fast in the process and I would recommend them to everyone!

Awful experience trying to use my…
Awful experience trying to use my points. App require to do reservation to be paid at pick up in order use points. When I got to the desk representative refuse to apply points. Instead I had to call customer service, I was on the phone back and forth with diferent people for 2 hours and no one help me. I couldn't use my points.

Cold, corporate treatment
Rental car was fine. The AI systems are frustrating and dismissive. Huge back up to get out of the lot because only one of 4 booths were staffed. The guy there was great and fast, but there was only one of him.

Haunted by Computer generated emails on a roof anomaly
I am being sent emails that I was in an accident because of some anomaly on the roof there are no actual pictures of the roof and it could be an acorn for all I know. I have asked for someone to all me but have not heard from anyone. I have not been in an accident so I can’t fill out the paperwork please contact me. There is no information to contact Hertz on this issue.

The car was easy to pick up
The car was easy to pick up; it was a great car and everything worked. The return was easy too. The price was good this trip. For my next trip later this month, the price is way up and too high.
