Their was a discrepancy with my bill and it was corrected quickly.

The counter agate the airport was very kind.

First car had bad brakes and light going off before I got completely out of the facility. Returning the car staff was unorganized and made a delay for multiple people.

I waited over an hour at the airport before I got the car. They also added additional insurances that I had declined in the initial reservation.

We received the vehicle we reserved for the cost promised (no up charges) and in a timely manner. There were plenty of cars to choose from...the first one we picked only had 3/4 of a tank of gas, so we moved on to another vehicle. The counter employee appeared to be more interested in his phone than us; however, he was able to carry a conversation at the same time.

Hertz made it easy, the car was clean and ready to go.

Easy Peasy and smooth sailing to pick out my mid size car. The row had mostly Nissan Altimas in shades or white, grey, and black but the Burgundy one stood out so I picked that one. The only drawback was when I was returning the car and didn't know which entrance to use, Hertz needs a better sign.

No wait times or lines, walked to parking garage and picked out my vehicle and left. Returning was just as easy

Seamless, did not have to speak to anybody. Signed up logged in rented a car got to Maui and walked straight to my car.

I was given incorrect information which caused me to drive back home and return to rental facility at a cost of 60$ in Uber. I have not received any refund for this

Fast check out and return process. New car in good condition.

EZ PICK UP AT THE OGG AIRPORT, SAVE A LOT OF TIME

Great rate, prepay option allows you to pick up and go, no need for a counter line wait. The car was clean and fueled, happy with its performance.

Very easy reservation process, pick up and drop off.

The sun roof on the Camaro we rented didn’t work. Also the seat belt strap was dirty and put black marks on my wife’s white blouse.

Fast and easy pick up. Courteous and friendly staff.

I was charged $125 for a "ding" to the driver's side quarter panel. In fact, it was NOT a dent but bird dropping. Too much trouble to contest so I paid the $125. Next time I will video the entire care at pick up and drop off.

Good selection of vehicles at time of arrival. Car I selected was dirty inside and out. First car I looked at in Gold section had too much damage so chose second car. Should be able to extend return time up to 1 hour later without up charge.

I am very happy with the great, efficient and helpful service I received at this location. I recommend using Hertz at every location when you have an option.
I have used Hertz twice in the past two months and I have been treated well both times. The prices are very reasonable the cars are very clean and with low mileage.
I will always used Hertz and I always recommend to my family and friends, to go with reliable Hertz.

There was a substantial wait in line for staff, around 15 minutes. The car itself had small issues where I couldn't set cruise control, the steering wheel loudly clicked when rotating it, and more.
