I knew we could have to stop at the counter to update my credit card and add a driver but staff were courteous and helpful. Shuttle drivers were amazing at both ends!

Car was ready, clean and ready to go when we arrived. As usual, excellent experience!

Personnel working at the rental facility were great! The only issue we encountered was that there was not a vehicle for us at pickup. We reserved a small SUV, no cars or suvs were available so we were given a massive pickup truck instead. It worked, but cost more in gas and was harder to drive due to the size.

Carrendia was very accommodating and we appreciated this.

Easy interaction with the staff at time of pick up. Also, contacted customer service to rearrange drop off due to weather and flight change and the process was quick and easy.

Im a president circle member. There were no cars available when i got there. Long wait. Finally got a car that smelled of smoke.

Quick, easy, and fast. It's exactly what I want when renting a car. Online reservation was easy. Pickup and return was simple. The shuttle driver was terrific.

My experience was terrible. The customer service was terrible not having a vehicle even though I made reservation weeks prior was terrible. No heads up from management to me or even the group I was traveling with. The Hertz driver asked everyone on the bus if we had reservations but for what since there were no cars anyway. The lady at the front desk said as very rude to me and anyone that asked her a question. Do not book at Houston Texas airport.

The wait in line for the car was less than 3 minutes!! The car was terrific, I will always pre-pay gasoline, as I did not know Houston area well.
Drop off was also a snap!
Lovely car, very nice people!
The shuttle driver back to the airport was Ruben. He dropped me off at the Delta counter, as I had to check baggage. Great service! Thank you. I've already booked my next Hertz rental!!

I got a car that on the next morning after I picked it up was constantly showing a message on the board. “Oil change”

Ei called for assistance but I was told that I would have to bring it in for an exchange, I explained that was not possible… we had a 4 days weekend reunion and a very hectic schedule.

Drove the car with the stress of knowing that it needed oil change!
