Vehicle was ready to go on arrival

I always rent with Hertz….this was the first time that I ever had a car that was not clean on the inside and the inside of the windshield was really dirty and had to be cleaned when I got to my destination…

I did not have to go to the counter. I went straight to the vehicle. No hassle! They make us feel so important and the costumer service was amazing.!

Easy booking process and ability to get the vehicle after traveling.

Everything went as expected

I had to wait 15 minutes for a vehicle as there were no vehicles available in President's Circle nor Five Star areas. The vehicle that was given to me had 82,000+ miles on it and I received a notice that the remote fob was not in the vehicle while I was driving. I had to place the remote against the start switch for the vehicle to even start. The car selection for President Circle has diminished tremendously. The vehicles supplied are not upgraded cars and other than having the ability pick my own vehicle I don't see any other benefit of being a member of President's Circle. I don't feel appreciated at all. I'm seriously considering switching to a different rental company for my future business travel.

The process is easy and I had a good trip

Hertz is my go-to car rental company, everywhere I go the customer service is excellent and consistent. Hertz is the company I trust, especially when there are discrepancies, they always make it right for me.

Very professional and no issues

It was the worst experience in my traveling history. Arrived at 11:50PM Saturday night with my 3 children and found out that the car I was booked is not available. I was asked to accept a sedan with no baby car seat, which I am unable to accept. The person in charge told me He is unable to do anything else but to canceling and go to Avis, Enterprise, or whomever got the 7 seaters available. I was very upset, frustrated and don't know what to do. I thought I had my booking and it was secured. My kids and wife are tired. I would never use this service again!

The initial car i selected had less than a quarter tank of fuel. Changed vehicles then drove to the exit. There was only one booth open and no one was in it. Had to wait 10-15 mins for someone to arrive. There 7-8 cars deep waiting for someone to show up. Very disappointed with the experience and will reconsider my options for future business and personal travel needs.

Hertz service level is great!

If you want to get out of the airport quickly, get Herz Gold. Its such a convenience. I never rent anywhere else because of this.

Even though my Hertz profiles declined LDW insurance, it still got added to my rental. Since I assume that was the case and didn’t review my rental agreement throughly, it was an expensive rental. Both phone and counter customer service agents were no help.

The car selection method standard

I was very hapy with being able to walk up to a clean car and go, no stopping at the counter. I am very pleased that loyalty has privilege. However, I left the rental park confused as to my options for toll road payments. I knew I did not want the everyday charge since I would be using the tools for only 2 days of my rental. I still have no idea how the payment works.

Ms Cheryl in the IAH facility saved my bacon when I returned the rental without gathering all of my wife's property. Thank you again for the dedication.
