From making the reservation on the app, pickup, return, everything went very smoothly.

Too much line wait, staff was not kind

I had an excellent car rental experience. The process was seamless, and everything went smoothly from pickup to return.

Only 3 cars availablr in presidents circle - all tbe same no choice

Vehicle I chose (had that option and wanted to try Jeep Cherokee) definitely should have been put out of service. First it couldn't locate key fab (my queue of not taking it) then through the whole week it kept on glitching dashboard saying the side warning features were not operable, the screen would just disappear while using maps, was unable to put screen back on no matter how much I tried and was a bit aggravating as I didn't know my way around Texas and the muffler didn't sound right or could have been anything at his point but car sounded horrible. Too far from airport to drive back so dealt with it but not a happy camper at all. And on top of all, car was a bit dirty, especially outside.

It was quick and easy process from start to finish. And the staff were great

Everything about our rental experience was smooth with no complications or glitches, and they gave us a very nice comfortable rental. It was wonderful not having to stand in line at a counter to wait and just being able to go to the parking lot, Find our car and drive off. Hertz has truly streamlined their business, and I highly recommend becoming a gold member.

Poor customer service. Long wait times even as Gold Member. Vehicles not available due to maintenance and lack of options. Dog dander all throughout a vehicle I actually wanted but my kid is allergic. Not the Hertz I'm used to. Please do better!

Speedy service, convenience of check in and out process, and a first quality vehicle that was clean, functional, and pleasant to drive.

Easy enough to get in a car and leave. And then to return a car and leave. Car was in great shape.

Easy process to rent the car and return.

The checkout process was good, the vehicle was clean and ready to go, and everything was functional with the Jeep Wrangler that was rented.

The not so good part is that I take the option to fill the tank myself and the agent at the checkout counter is told that, but then the final bill always seems to include a fuel charge - which is wrong! So why can't Hertz get this part of the rental correct? This is two times in a row this has happened now! Frustrating...

I have never ever write a bad review in my life this have got to be the first for me. We have been renting from Hertz for a long time. This have got to be the worst experience I have ever had with any car rental. Everything was bad from the customer service to them giving us a dirty vehicle. After we got the vehicle to drove straight to the hotel which is not far from where we got the vehicle, park and got ourselves together. When we got to the vehicle the tire is flat. When we call the customer service they got it toll to the tire place and we have to pay for it. Customer service did not know what to do, keep on passing us from one person to another. This is the worst!

The vehicle and the representative

My flight was delayed. Hertz held my reservation for three hours past my normal pick up time then they upgraded me from goal status to President Circle overall I can’t complain.

I am a gold member and was not able to skip the line when picking up my car. There we no cars at the pick up location so there was a line of people waiting for cars. This caused me to hit afternoon traffic and arrive late at my appointment. In addition, I was not able to select a vehicle, there was only one, and due to this there was no time to check for damage or other issues.

My experience was seemingly pleasant! Easy check in, great customer service, and easy pick up and drop off. The young man that was at drop off when I came back to airport was very friendly and helpful!

The Gold membership is so convenient; the customer service is good, and the vehicles are clean. Employees are welcoming when you arrive and when you return. Great job Hertz
