I ordered a bra on line and received the wrong size. I was told it is in UK sizing .. I feel there should be a greater emphasis on the web site to note UK sizing. Also the retain process was not simple and cost me quite a bit. I wanted to do an exchange and called customer service and she said to make a note in my return but did not explain that I would have to make a new order. I never got my refund or the bra In my correct size. It was expensive lesson not to order from this web site again

Because bra sizing varies by brand, we display the specific sizing system used for each item in multiple places on the product page—including the size chart, the size selection dropdown, and directly above it—to help customers choose the correct size. For exchanges, we offer a return-and-reorder process so customers can select their preferred replacement right away, and we’re sorry if that wasn’t clearly explained during your call. Occasionally, items can become unavailable during processing due to inventory changes. When that happens, any remaining available items in the order will still ship so customers receive what is in stock rather than experiencing further delays.
In your case, we also provided a return label so you could send the item back if it no longer met your needs without the added cost.

I placed an order months ago and had to change some sizes, you kept telling me they were going to be shipped - this order was 5 months ago, and then all of a sudden you said they no longer make those items, so I am stuck with some very EXPENSIVE bikini's with no top or bottoms, so I can never wear them. A HUGE WASTE OF MONEY!!!!! And you can check I have spent thousands of dollars on your clothing. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service.
