Kris went over and above to talk me through both short and medium term options. He was also reactive and responsive when a few mistakes (by the provider, not him) needed rectifying. Personable and professional. Good experience.

Great Customer Service
I called the office this morning just on the off-chance that I could get some quotes for medical insurance because my existing cover was way too expensive.
I was quickly re-assured after speaking with Kris that Heritage could help and, by the afternoon, I had a new provider and felt elated that I had a great policy that was a lot cheaper and that I now had a broker that I could talk to and that will be able to help me in the future regarding claims or any other problems.

This Company is Good, BUT the people are what make it the Best!
This Company is good but what makes it truly Awesome are the people that work there!! Kris Vowden 10/10. I have always shopped around for medical aid, slogging through all the covers and jargon and it becomes very time consuming and a bit mind boggling. I have been with Heritage for 3 years and every year they make it simple with a smile! Love it, thank you.
