I was introduced to this organisation by a friend who told me how efficient, helpful and friendly it was. He was right. All the above definitely applies and on top of that they saved me a substantial amount of money by changing the medical insurance company I was with, whilst maintaining the same cover.

Bad experience

I have been with this Company over 10 years. I have a number of cars with them on my policy. I have stayed loyal to them over this period because they have constantly provided a “good” service. Last month I had a problem them. Thankfully all calls are recorded. I rang to insure another car which they did insure but due to an internal error when all the paperwork arrived it was under insured by value. The value I requested was way under on the policy. After 3 further calls it finally got resolved so why am I giving 5 stars? Because an operative called Lee handled the problem with efficiency and held hands up to say they had made an error. He covered the additional cost which is rare under these circumstances. It proves that if you stay loyal this company is a brilliant broker and listens to its customers.

Excellent help to provide the best value healthcare

If has been a nightmare - a promised refund has never come back in 11 months
Tried claiming for problem when with vitality and ended up paying 2 excesses as physio recommended to use wasn’t under the scheme
Then had to claim for something else which never happened — been switched from vitality to Exeter - now trying to claim on this but my advisor at HH now tells me they are worst company for claims!-no doubt I will end up with NHS again - HOPELESS
