I’ve been with this broker for many years. They contact every year and discuss the policy and advise the pros and cons.

who is very approachable and is aware of my medical history, so is able to advise me on the level of cover I need and can negotiate the best deal by comparing the premiums of various providers. Also, everything is done for me if I do change insurance company, so I don’t have to worry about cancelling or setting up new direct debits.
