I have no other way to express how well it worked last time I ordered. Ordered on Sunday, paid with my preferred method (VISA) and it was dispatched on monday at around 3 pm.

Bästa sidan.
Vilken service dom har, Alla mail besvarade nästan direkt, Priserna går inte att jämnföra med någon Svensk sida som man handlat på tidigare, Skiljer ju nästan 100 Skr per paket mot svenska sidorna, Rabatt systemet är perfekt, Endast jag saknar är en login funktion Så man kan få rabbatt kupong när man blivit stamkund här..
Jag vet då vilken sida jag hädanefter kommer att rekomendera för mina vänner..

you are right and I have to apologize for what I have said and written. I phoned to the bank and they said that they can keep money for 30-35 days before paying me back. I didn't know it. Time ago I had paid for an item and the day after the company said that it was no more available and in this case I got money back in 4 days.

We understand that you are not satisfied about that we canceled your order and payment. But as you accepted our terms and conditions when checking out you should also be aware that the payment must be made by using the 3-D secure protocol. This was not the case with your order and we were forced to cancel both the payment and the order! We never captured any money from your credit card but just canceled it and afterwards contacted you with the explanation and how to solve the issue. We have also sent you a screen shot from our payment gateway that proves that no money was drawn from your card. Then your bank may have reserved the money for the transfer and will release them (put them back on your account) when they have found out that it was canceled but it has nothing to do with us and is an issue only between you and your bank.
As all our other customers you must use a 3-D secure enabled credit card to make payments from our shop. 3-D secure - also called Verified by VISA, MasterCard Secure Code or J/secure is a worldwide standard and is avalible for activation everywhere and for free. Please ask your credit card issuer or bank on how to enable it.
3-D secure is yours and ours guarantee for maximum security throughout the payment process and is the best protection against credit card fraud.

You get 5 stars from me. I've ordered some spice diamond from this shop. It was very easy and my stuff arrived the next day after the purchase. compared to other sites this one is seriously fast and they even wrote me a graditute mail after my purchase. Highly recommendable if you're looking for the real stuff. And they also have the best prices I have seen on the net.

Min frygt for ny hjemmeside forsvandt.
Jeg skal ærligt tilstå, at jeg var nervøs for at bestille på en ny hjemmeside - og samtidig bestille herbal potpourri, som jeg aldrig havde set før.
Det blev værre da der kom ændringer i priserne næste dag.
Men alle mine bekymringer blev gjort til skamme, da der dagen efter jeg havde bestilt ankom en pakke med en rigtig fantastisk potpourri, og der var fuld kompensation for prisændringer.
